Understanding the Products Section

The Products section of the app provides you with all the information required to sync and manage your products.
You can edit the existing ones in the Products section.

1. Product Status: 

At the top bar of the section, you can view products based on the following statuses:
  1. All: It shows the total products in the app, whether they are listed or not listed on TikTok Shop.
  2. Live: These products are listed on TikTok Shop and are all set for the customers to buy them.
  3. Failed: Products under this category are not uploaded on the TikTok Shop due to some error. These errors can include missing SKUs, product weight, and incorrect or missing images, among others.
  4. Inactive: Inactive products are the ones that have been deactivated from the app by the merchants.

2. Product List: 

You can view the following sections here:
  1. PS-TikTok ID: Here you can view the PrestaShop and TikTok ID assigned to each product. 
  2. Image: You can view product images for their respective IDs in this section. 
  3. Name: The name of the product as visible on TikTok will be displayed here. 
  4. Price: The price of the product as visible on TikTok is displayed here. 
  5. Quantity: The quantity of the inventory for the specific product is visible under this section.
  6. Reference: 
  7. Type: Whether the product is simple or has a variant will be displayed in this section.
  8. Status: The status of products on TikTok Shop is available in this section.
  9. Category Template: The template to which each product is assigned is displayed here. 
  10. Search: You can search for a specific product by clicking on the Search button.


3. Edit Tab:

Here, you can edit product information and perform the following actions: 
  1. Upload Product: You can upload the products, marked as not uploaded, on the TikTok Shop directly from here. 
  2. Sync Stock: You can sync the stock details of a particular product directly from here. 
  3. Sync Price: You can directly sync prices of a particular product on TikTok from here.
  4. Activate: You can activate a deactivated product directly from here. 
  5. Deactivate: You can deactivate a product (Deactivated products will temporarily be turn off from TikTok as well as the app. You can always activate them if you wish to start selling them again) directly from here.
  6. Delete: You can delete a product permanently from TikTok and the app directly from here.


4. Bulk Actions: 

The Bulk Actions tab is present at the left-hand corner of the page. You can perform the following actions in bulk with the app:



  1. Upload: You can upload the products in bulk on the TikTok Shop 
  2. Update Quantity: You can update the quantities of products in bulk. 
  3. Update Price: You can update prices of products in bulk on TikTok from here.
  4. Activate: You can activate deactivated products in bulk directly from here. 
  5. Deactivate: You can deactivate products in bulk directly from here.
  6. Delete: You can delete bulk products permanently from TikTok and the app directly from here. 

  1. You can Upload products of a selected template to TikTok using the Upload Products to TikTok button placed at the top-hand corner of the page. This means, all the products assigned to a template will be uploaded to TikTok Shop once you click this button.  

  1. You can sync the product status of multiple products using Sync Products Status placed at the top-hand corner of the page.
