In UniCon, sales channels or marketplaces are connected in one of two roles:
• A source channel or marketplace is where UniCon imports your existing product catalogue from.
• A target channel or marketplace is where UniCon prepares and publishes selected products, syncs supported information, and imports orders for management and fulfillment.
You can connect the following as a source:
• Shopify
• Walmart
• Amazon
You can connect the following as a target:
• Shopify
• Amazon
• Walmart
• eBay
• SHEIN
• Temu
• TikTok Shop
• Target Plus
Please note: The exact sign-in, authorization, and account-configuration varies by channel. However, the overall setup follows the same flow mentioned below:
Connect a supported source channel or marketplace.
Import and configure the source catalogue.
Connect a supported target channel or marketplace.
Complete the target channel’s account, product, warehouse, and order settings.
Choose how target-channel orders will be fulfilled.
The steps below use Walmart as the source and SHEIN as the target.
In this example:
• UniCon imports the existing Walmart catalogue.
• Selected products can be prepared and published to SHEIN.
• Existing SHEIN listings can also be connected so their supported data and orders can be managed through UniCon.
• Eligible SHEIN orders can be routed to Multichannel Solutions by Walmart (MCS) for fulfillment.
The Walmart and SHEIN screens shown in this guide are examples.
When connecting a different supported source or target, select that channel and follow its corresponding authorization and configuration prompts.
When you connect a supported source channel, UniCon imports the catalogue associated with that account.
Note: The source connection does not change the existing live listings on the source channel.
On the other hand, when you connect a target channel, UniCon uses the imported source catalogue to help you prepare and publish products to that target, if you want.
If products already exist on the target, UniCon can also use the configured product identifier to recognize matching products across the connected channels.
Additionally, existing fulfillment connections associated with a source account can be imported automatically when that source is connected:
Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF): An existing MCF connection can be imported when Amazon is connected as the source.
Multichannel Solutions by Walmart (MCS): An existing MCS connection can be imported when Walmart is connected as the source.

Connecting a target such as SHEIN does not automatically tell UniCon whether its orders should be fulfilled through Amazon MCF, Walmart MCS, another location, or outside the configured UniCon fulfillment flow.
After connecting the source and target, you must therefore either:
• Configure Order Routing to direct incoming target-channel orders automatically to an available Amazon MCF or Walmart MCS fulfillment location;
• Use Manual Order Fulfillment and record the shipment, tracking, carrier, and source-warehouse details in UniCon after shiiping the order externally.
In this example, Walmart is the source, SHEIN is the target, and Walmart’s MCS infrastructure provides the fulfillment path for eligible SHEIN orders.
Have the following ready:
• The sign-in details or API credentials required by your selected source channel, for example, Walmart.
• The sign-in details or API credentials required by your selected target channel, for example, SHEIN.
• Any verification method required by either channel, such as a one-time code.
• Your preferred product identifier.
UniCon can use SKU or barcode to recognize matching products across connected channels. Using a consistent identifier makes setup easier.
• Walmart seller credentials: Client ID and Client Secret Key.
• SHEIN login details: SHEIN User ID (GS#) and password, followed by the one-time verification code sent to the registered contact method.
UniCon can import products from Shopify, Walmart, or Amazon.
Open the Channel List
From the left menu, go to:
Channel Management → All Channels
The supported channels appear under Product & Order Management.
Select the Source Channel
Find the channel you want to use as the source and select Connect.
Choose one of the following:
• Shopify
• Walmart
• Amazon
UniCon opens the setup screen for the selected channel.
Authorize the Source Account
Enter the account details requested by the selected channel and complete its authorization flow.
The required information varies by source.
For example, Walmart requires a Client ID and Client Secret Key.
Choose the Source Role
If the setup screen displays a Connect as option, select:
Source: Import products from channel
This tells UniCon to import the existing catalogue from the connected account.

Note: Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart may be available in both roles. Select Source for the account from which UniCon should import the catalogue.Complete the Connection
Select the channel’s connection button and complete any remaining on-screen steps.
Once the account is connected, UniCon marks it as active and allows you to continue with catalogue import and source configuration.
Import the Source Catalogue
UniCon begins importing products from the selected source account. The account name and import progress appear on screen.

Once the import is complete, the source catalogue becomes available in UniCon.
Configure the Source Account
Configure how UniCon should manage products imported from the source.
Product identifier: Choose SKU or barcode. UniCon uses this identifier to recognize matching products across connected channels. At least one identifier must be selected.
Continuous sync: Enable this option to bring newly added source-channel products into UniCon automatically.
Go to Channel Management → All Channels.
Find Walmart and select Connect.
Enter the Walmart Client ID and Client Secret Key.
Under Connect as, select Source.
Select Connect Walmart.
When UniCon displays Connected to Walmart and marks the account as active, select Continue.
Allow UniCon to import the Walmart catalogue.
Select SKU or barcode as the product identifier and configure continuous sync as required.
Note: If Walmart MCS is already connected to the Walmart source account, UniCon can import that existing fulfillment connection along with the source account. Similarly, if Amazon MCF is already connected to the Amazon source account, UniCon can import the existing MCF connection when the source account is connected. Your target is the channel where you want to publish or manage products, receive and fulfil orders through UniCon.
Choose the Target Channel
Go to:
Channel Management → All Channels
Find the channel you want to use as the target and select Connect.
Choose the Target Role
If the setup screen displays a Connect as option, select: Target
Note: This does not automatically publish products. It just informs UniCon that the selected channel is where products from the source catalogue will be prepared and published, and orders will be received and fulfilled. Authorize the Target Account
Select the target channel’s connection button. UniCon will either display the required account fields or redirect you to the channel’s own sign-in and authorization page.
Sign in, complete any required verification, review the requested permissions, and approve UniCon access.
Return to UniCon
After authorization, you are redirected to UniCon.
Confirm that the target account is connected, then select the available option to continue its setup.
Connecting the target account does not automatically assign its incoming orders to Amazon MCF, Walmart MCS, or any other fulfillment location.
You will configure that fulfillment path after completing the target settings.
Go to Channel Management → All Channels.
Find SHEIN and select Connect.
On the SHEIN setup screen, select Connect SHEIN.
UniCon redirects you to SHEIN’s Global Merchant Center.
Enter your SHEIN User ID (GS#) and password directly on SHEIN’s login page.
Enter the one-time verification code sent to your registered contact method. Depending on the available options, the code may be sent by email or WhatsApp.
Review the permissions requested by UniCon, accept the authorization terms, and confirm.
After being redirected to UniCon, wait for Your catalogue is ready to appear.
Select Continue Setup.
After connecting a target, complete its setup checklist before publishing products or managing its orders.
The exact settings vary by target. Depending on the selected channel, setup may include:
Account configuration
Product classification
Target category assignment
Target attribute mapping
Warehouse mapping
Order configuration
Complete the steps displayed for your selected target in sequence. The progress indicator shows how much of the setup is finished.
Account Configuration
Configure how UniCon should manage products for SHEIN.
Product identifier: Select SKU or barcode. This helps UniCon recognize the same product across Walmart and SHEIN. At least one identifier is required.
Product Listing: Controls how products are listed and synced with SHEIN.
Product Inventory Sync: Enable this option to keep SHEIN inventory synced with UniCon.
Auto SKC shelf management: Automatically updates a SHEIN product’s on-shelf or off-shelf status based on available inventory.
What Is an SKC? An SKC, or Standard Key Code, is SHEIN’s product-level identifier used to group related SKUs. Shelf status determines whether the SKC is available for sale. Sold-out SKCs can be treated as off-shelf.Crop image before uploading: Automatically crops product images to meet SHEIN’s image requirements. When this setting is turned off, UniCon retains the original image dimensions and adds a white border where required.
Product Update: Replaces product information in UniCon using data from SHEIN.
Product Price Sync: Enable this option to sync product prices with SHEIN.
Supplier Code Prefix: Enter a prefix if required, or leave the field blank to use the default.
Select Save & Continue.

Complete Product Classification and Mapping
Complete the product-classification, target-category, and target-attribute steps shown in the SHEIN checklist.
These settings determine how products imported from Walmart are categorized and how their source attributes correspond to the fields required by SHEIN.
Map Warehouses: Map each relevant source warehouse to the corresponding SHEIN location so inventory can sync correctly.
If a source warehouse is left unmapped, UniCon displays a warning that unmapped warehouses will be removed when you proceed.
Map all warehouses you want to use, then select Continue.
Configure Orders
Configure how SHEIN orders are handled in UniCon, including the carriers associated with those orders.
Shipping Carrier Mapping: This connects SHEIN’s carrier names with their UniCon equivalents. It also allows UniCon to recognize the corresponding carrier when a SHEIN order is shipped.
Map a carrier: Select the SHEIN carrier and pair it with the matching UniCon carrier. For example, map SHEIN’s 4PX carrier to 4PX in UniCon.
Sync Shipping Carriers: Pull the latest available carrier list before creating mappings. Use this if the available carriers appear incomplete.
Add a carrier: Select New Shipping Carrier to create another carrier mapping.
Remove a carrier: Use the delete option beside a mapping you no longer need.

Once the source and target channels are connected, choose how incoming target-channel orders should be fulfilled.
The available fulfillment methods are explained in the following order:
Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF)
Multichannel Solutions by Walmart (MCS)
Manual Order Fulfillment
1. Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) handles orders placed on Amazon. Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) extends Amazon’s fulfillment infrastructure to eligible orders originating from other channels.
Note: If Amazon is connected as a source and MCF is already available for that Amazon account, UniCon can import the existing fulfillment connection when the source is connected. To use MCF for target-channel orders, configure an order route for the relevant target account and map the applicable warehouse to the available fulfillment location. More on this below.
2. Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) handles orders placed on Walmart. Multichannel Solutions by Walmart (MCS) extends Walmart’s fulfillment infrastructure to eligible orders originating from other channels.
If Walmart is connected as a source and MCS is already available for that Walmart account, UniCon can import the existing fulfillment connection when the source is connected.

Go to Channel Management → My Channels.
Find the relevant Walmart source account and select Manage.
Open Walmart MCS from the Walmart account settings.
Enable Walmart MCS.
Select Save.
This allows Walmart’s fulfillment infrastructure to handle eligible orders originating from supported external channels, including SHEIN.
Order Routing determines which fulfillment location should handle incoming orders from a connected target-channel account.
One Order Route per Channel Account
UniCon allows one order route per channel account. This limit applies to the individual account, not the entire target channel.
For example, if you operate two SHEIN accounts, you can configure:
• One route for SHEIN Account 1
• One route for SHEIN Account 2
Separate accounts from the same region or different regions can therefore each have their own route.
Depending on the account and available configuration, UniCon provides rules that determine how orders are assigned to fulfillment locations.
1. Warehouse Bound
Warehouse Bound uses source-to-target warehouse mapping to determine which fulfillment warehouse should handle an order.
For example, a seller expanding from Walmart to SHEIN can map the relevant warehouse so eligible SHEIN orders use the existing WFS/MCS fulfillment setup.
The same routing framework can be used with an available FBA/MCF setup.
2. Use Ranked Locations
This rule routes orders according to the priority assigned to available fulfillment locations. Use it when you want UniCon to consider locations in a predefined order.
3. Use Product Fulfillment Service
This rule routes orders based on the fulfillment information configured for the product, such as location-specific product metafields or fulfillment tags.
4. Minimize Split Fulfillments
This rule attempts to fulfill the order from as few locations as possible, reducing split fulfillment across warehouses.
Click on “Add Routing” to create a new order route for SHEIN
Name the route
Select SHEIN from the list of connected targets
Select Warehouse Bound.
Select Edit to access the Warehouse Bound Mapping pop-up.
Map the relevant warehouse; here, the MCF fulfillment location.
Save.
Click on “Add Routing” to create a new order route for SHEIN
Name the Route
Select SHEIN from the list of connected targets
Enable Warehouse Bound, then select Edit to access the Warehouse Bound Mapping pop-up.
Use Manual Order Fulfillment when an order is fulfilled through a carrier or service outside the configured UniCon fulfillment flow.
Go to: Order Management → Orders
UniCon provides three ways to apply tracking information.
1. Apply Tracking to All Items
Use this when every item in the order is fulfilled together using the same tracking details and source warehouse.
The tracking number, tracking URL, carrier partner, and warehouse are applied to all items.
2. Apply Individually
Use this when items within the same order require different fulfillment details.
3. Apply Tracking to Selected Items
Use this when only specific items in the order are being fulfilled.
Select the relevant items and apply the same tracking information and source warehouse to those items.
Collect the shipment details:
• Tracking number
• Tracking URL
• Carrier
Open the relevant order in UniCon.
You can specify the tracking number, tracking URL, carrier partner, and warehouse separately for each item. Tracking number
Tracking URL
Carrier partner
Source warehouse
The source warehouse determines where UniCon deducts the fulfilled quantity from inventory. For example, suppose a product has:
• 5 units in Warehouse 1
• 5 units in Warehouse 2
If an order for 2 units is fulfilled from Warehouse 1, select Warehouse 1. UniCon will deduct those 2 units from that warehouse.
Once all required information is entered, select Complete Fulfillment.

After the source and target are configured:
Use Amazon MCF when eligible target-channel orders should be fulfilled through Amazon’s fulfillment infrastructure.
Use Walmart MCS when eligible target-channel orders should be fulfilled through Walmart’s fulfillment infrastructure.
Use Manual Order Fulfillment when the order is handled outside the configured UniCon fulfillment flow and its shipment details must be recorded manually.
In the example above, Walmart is connected as the source, SHEIN is connected as the target, and Order Routing sends eligible SHEIN orders to the mapped MCS fulfillment location.
