Uninstall the CedCommerce Amazon Channel app

Uninstall the CedCommerce Amazon Channel app

Remove the CedCommerce Amazon Channel app from your Shopify store. Uninstalling clears all data the app holds for this store — there is no way to restore it on reinstall.

Tip: If you're facing any kind of issue while using the app, contact support before uninstalling — our team can help you resolve the issue without losing your data.

Before you uninstall

  • Uninstalling permanently deletes all imported products, templates, configurations, orders, and product linkages. Reinstalling later starts you on a clean slate.
  • If you only want to disconnect a single Amazon account — not remove the app — use Settings → Accounts → Disconnect instead.
  • If you want to switch plans, change them from Pricing without uninstalling.

Steps

  1. In the app, go to Settings → Accounts.
  2. Scroll down to the Uninstall Channel section.
  3. Read the warning: "Kindly be aware that uninstalling the app will lead to the permanent loss of all existing data, encompassing imported products, templates, configurations, orders, and more. Unfortunately, this data cannot be restored when reinstalling the app in the future."
  4. Click Uninstall.
  5. In the Uninstall CedCommerce Amazon Channel app? confirmation modal, click Uninstall Channel.
  6. In the second Uninstall Amazon by Cedcommerce? modal, click Uninstall to confirm.
  7. The app uninstalls from your Shopify store and the embedded app closes.
