Unmatched Products

The Unmatched Products grid displays eBay products that are not matched with the products that exist in the app for various reasons, such as:

1. Product did not match based on the settings.
   
2. Product might not have been imported into the app with the same SKU and title.
   
3. Match from eBay not initiated for these products.
   

You can copy the title or SKU of the unmatched product and enter it into the product you want to match. This will match the product based on the custom title or custom SKU.

Actions for Unmatched Products

End Products:

This bulk action allows you to end unmatched products directly from eBay.

CSV Export:

You can export a CSV file of the unmatched products.

Note:

1. If you find any products that are not present in the app but are available on eBay, or if you find any duplicate products in the app, you can contact support.
   
2. The product unmatching process runs in the backend and will not appear in the activity section. It will match the product status from eBay to the app's existing products based on the configured settings.
