Unprocessed Orders

Unprocessed Orders

The unprocessed orders section contains the list of orders that couldn’t clear certain criteria listed by Shein and thus cannot be further processed. This section showcases the order no, details of the order creation, details of the updation process, and the reason for order failure.

Check the following ‘Order Process Criteria’ from Shein.

For all your unprocessed orders, review the resolution and implement them to process the orders successfully.

Note - The CedCommerce Shein Integration app only shows failed orders. You can check the successful orders on your Shopify store.
Apply Shein as the filter channel on the Shopify store to check and identify the successful Shein orders on Shopify.
