The unprocessed orders section contains the list of orders that couldn’t clear certain criteria listed by SHEIN and thus cannot be further processed. This section showcases the order no, details of the order creation, details of the updation process, and the reason for order failure.

For all your unprocessed orders, review the resolution and implement it to process the orders successfully.
Date (Newest to Oldest)
Error Type (tabs at the top: Product Not Found, Inventory Error, Unshipped, Refunded Orders)

Reminder: Shipment can also be managed via the SHEIN CedCommerce integration. But if a tracking ID is missing in Shopify, the app won’t be able to sync or ship that order to SHEIN.
