Walmart Reports

Walmart generates a report for every product that you sell on the marketplace, which includes information about your product. You can generate item and inventory reports to assist you in making operational decisions.

To generate a report:  
  1. Click on the Generate Report tab.

  1. Select from Item Report or Inventory Report. 
  2. The report will be compiled in a CSV format, available for download from the grid in about 45 minutes. 
  3. Once the report is compiled, it will be visible on the grid. 
  4. Once visible, click on the download available under the Action tab. The CSV file containing all the information about your product/inventory will be downloaded. 

  1. After you request the report, it takes 15 to 45 minutes to generate, and then it is available for download.
  2. Reports that you generate are retained for 30 days only.
  3. You can request one report for each report type per hour. Although you can request multiple report types at the same time, you can request each report type only once per hour.
