What are different order statuses?
Under Orders > All Orders you will receive a list of all order IDs and their status. However, beyond that there are statuses like - needs to be sent, open, sent, received, canceled, sent & auto-paid and failed. Here's what the status - Must Ship - means orders that have been successfully placed and are not ready to ship. Open orders – are those that have not yet been confirmed. Once verified, they must be sent to orders. Orders Sent – Orders that have completed shipping. Received - Orders received at the shipping station from which the order was sent, the shipment was received, are recorded in the status "Received". Canceled Orders – Orders that have been canceled either by sellers, customers or through the app. Sent and Auto Paid - Orders that have successfully shipped and received payment. Failed - An order fails due to reasons such as missing SKU or EAN. All such orders are reflected in this section.
