What documentation is required for new sellers on SHEIN?

If you're a new seller on SHEIN, here's the checklist you need to follow:
  1. Complete the SHEIN Onboarding Information Collection Form.
  2. Provide your Certificate of Formation or Article of Incorporation.
  3. Submit Form W9 or W-8BEN-E, as applicable.
  4. Include your Trademark Registration Certificate (along with a Letter of Authorization, if necessary).
  5. Provide a Bank Confirmation Letter.
  6. Upload your Store Logo Photo.
  7. Submit the ID card, Driver's license, or Passport of the Company Representative.
  8. Include a photo of the Company Representative holding the ID card in hand.
