What happens if I exceed the order limit of my selected plan?

If you exceed your monthly order sync limit, there are two ways to ensure your orders continue syncing without disruption:

1. Upgrade to a Higher Plan

If you’re on a lower plan (e.g., Beginner Plus or Growth), you can upgrade to the next tier to access a higher order limit instantly.

  • For example, if you're on the Growth Plan (500 orders/month) and hit the cap, upgrading to Growth Plus (1,000 orders/month) ensures smooth syncing for the rest of the month.

2. Or, purchase an Order Add-On (Available on Growth & Growth Plus plans)

Instead of upgrading your entire plan, you can buy a one-time Order Add-On to extend your monthly order sync capacity.

This flexible setup helps you manage seasonal spikes or sudden growth without locking into a higher plan unless you truly need it.
