What happens if I exhaust my credits (paid plan)?

If you exhaust your credits on a paid plan, you will receive additional credits calculated based on your current credit limit, chargeable at $3 per 10 orders. These are deemed as “excess usage charges'' and are payable only once a month, for one plan. However, if you upgrade to a higher plan, you can get additional credits again based on your upgraded credit limit.

Notes
Note - Suppose, your settlement was generated on 15th July, and you exhaust additional credits by 20th July, you need to pay “excess usage charges”. If you don't pay the “excess usage charges”, we will stop fetching your orders and your app usage will be restricted till you clear payment. Once it is paid, you will be able to use the app, however, your order sync will only be enabled next month when the credits renew and you have paid your settlement. Or else, you can pay, and then upgrade your plan.
