What is Edit status, and why products are showing in Edit status?
Edit Status refers to a product's state in the app when it is out of stock on Shopify. According to Etsy's guidelines, when a product goes out of stock on Shopify, the app will automatically inactivate the listing, placing it in the "Edit" status. The inventory value will remain at the last recorded stock level.
Although you can still send a stock value of 0 to Etsy, at least one variant must have a stock quantity greater than 0 for the product to remain active. If you want to display a product as "out of stock" on Etsy, it should be in the "Sold Out" state instead of "Edit."
