While listing items I'm getting an error "you are not allowed to use custom color"?
Wish has its own list of colors, so as per the requirement of the marketplace you need to edit the color names of your products, you can find the list of "Valid Colors" from here, click here
You can edit the names of the color in 2 ways:
- Edit directly on the Shopify store
- Edit it via our Integration App
Follow the below steps to update it via our App:
- Go to the "Manage product" section
- Filter the product and go to the edit section of the products
- Choose a "variant size and color" tab
- Uncheck the box "Use attribute option from Shopify"
- Once you uncheck the box "size & color" fields will be enabled to edit
- Update the color names as per your requirement & save the page
