Why can't I downgrade my plan?

Why can't I downgrade my plan?

You won't be able to select a plan with a lower credit limit than what you have already used. For instance, if you have used 150 credits in your previous plan, you won't be able to opt for a new plan with only 100 credits. However, you can choose a plan with 500 credits or more, as long as it covers your current credit usage plus 25 credits. For instance, if you have used 230 credits, you cannot switch to a plan with only 250 credits, since your current usage plus 25 credits equals 255. Therefore, the credit limit of your new plan must be more than 25 credits above your current usage.
