Why does my product become inactive on Etsy even though it has inventory and is active on Shopify?

This happens because Etsy automatically deactivates listings once their validity period expires.

To prevent this, ensure that the Renew Option in the product's assigned profile is set to Automatic. This setting will automatically renew your product listing on Etsy when its time limit expires, keeping it active. 

Alternatively, Etsy may have directly deactivated the listing if their policies were not followed.
