Why does my product show as "active" in status after publishing through the Ced app, but appear as unavailable when I click on it?
This happens if you have not completed the 6 mandatory onboarding steps on Etsy.com, which means your Etsy store is not yet live. To resolve this, complete all 6 onboarding steps.
