Why does the listing show as "active" in the CedCommerce app but "inactive" on Etsy, and how can I make it inactive in the app as well?
The syncing from Etsy to the CedCommerce app is not automatic. You need to manually run the action "Sync with Etsy" under the bulk action section of the "All Products" tab. This will update the current status of your Etsy listings in the CedCommerce app.
