Why I'm getting errors to accept the return TOS Agreement while enrolling items in the Return Program of Wish? What does that mean?

TOS agreement is the Terms-of-Service between the merchants selling items and Wish, there are a few terms and conditions which need to be accepted by the merchants before enrolling their products in Return Program and this can be directly done on Wish.com. To cope with this issue while using our Integration App, you can follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Log in to merchant.wish.com
  2. Go to the Product section and View all Products
  3. Go to any of your products and click on 3 dots available in the right corner of that item
  4. Go to Enroll in Return option
  5. Click on the "Agree" button available at the bottom of the page

Note: You need to do it only once for any item, after that, you will be able to enroll products directly via our Integration App (Cedcommerce-Wish Integration)
