Why is the shipping tax missing in the orders on Shopify? How can it be added?
Firstly, please check if you have applied shipping charges for the product(s) or not. If yes, check the settings section in the app once. Please follow these steps to navigate:
Log in to the CedCommerce Amazon Channel app from the Shopify store
- Go to Settings section
- Visit “Order Settings”
- Scroll & find, “Amazon Shipping Tax on Shopify”
- It should be enabled to sync Amazon orders with shipping charges on Shopify.
