- Order Management Setting is Disabled: Ensure that the order management setting is enabled in the app. If it's disabled, orders will not sync.
- You Are on the Lite Plan: The Lite plan does not support order syncing. To continue syncing orders, you need to upgrade to the Dynamic plan.
Order Limit Reached on Current Plan: If you're on a certain plan, like beginner or beginner plus but have exhausted your order limit, you may need to purchase additional order add-ons or upgrade your plan to increase the limit.
- Order Error (on Shopify): If you're trying to locate an order in Shopify, there may be an error preventing the sync. Double-check the order details and ensure everything is correctly set up.
- Token Revoked: If the connection token between your Etsy store and our app has expired or been revoked, new orders will not sync. Reconnect your Etsy account from the app settings to generate a new token and restore syncing.
