Will FBA orders be counted towards my order limit, even if they don’t sync with Shopify?
All FBA orders, whether synced with Shopify or not, are included in your order limit and count towards your plan's charges. This is because syncing these orders requires server resources.
We continue to sync your orders from Amazon to the app using webhooks, which puts a strain on our servers. Therefore, we need to charge you for these orders to cover the costs associated with running the syncing process.
