When will I be charged?
You will only be charged if you subscribe to our paid plans. You must confirm payment with Shopify and only then will the amount be deducted from your account on your Shopify billing date.
What is “Auto Sync” in the Kaufland app settings?

I cannot upload product images to the marketplace. What should I do?
Please check the quality and resolution of the image. Images may not contain any watermark, trademark or tracking carrier logo. Then click on the “Synchronize from Kaufland.de” button for the selected product on the product page.
What does “Delete Offer” do?
The product will no longer be active on the marketplace, but you can see it in the seller section of the Kaufland.de account. “Delete offer” only deletes the offer for the product.
What does the “Delete Product” button do?
This button deletes the product from Kaufland.de. The product will no longer be visible on the marketplace.
What if you are the manufacturer of the product and are offering the product for the first time?
In this case, you must first click Create/Update Product and then click Create Update Offer.
What is the Create/Update Offer?
If the product is already listed on Kaufland.de, the offer will be created using this button. This button sends the details of price, inventory etc.
