The UniCon Dashboard is your command center for all multichannel operations. Whether you're expanding from Shopify or Amazon to TikTok Shop, Walmart, or Shein, the dashboard provides you with complete visibility and control from day one.

As soon as you log in, the dashboard presents a high-level summary of your multichannel activity. It’s designed to provide you with instant insights and easy access to your most critical operations. 

Key Sections of the Dashboard: 

1. Connect Channels 

Easily connect new sales channels to UniCon. Whether you’re integrating TikTok Shop or expanding to more channels like Walmart or Shein, this section guides you through a quick setup process. 

2. Product Overview 

Track and manage all your products with ease. This section displays your listings with the following statuses:
  1. Active – Products that are live and selling on your connected channels.
  2. Draft – Products that are saved but not yet published.
  3. Incomplete – Listings missing key information or channel-specific requirements.  

With a glance, you can identify which listings need action and jump directly to editing or publishing them.  

3. Order Overview 

Stay updated on your order flow from every connected channel. Orders are categorized into:
  1. Awaiting Shipment – Orders that are confirmed and need to be fulfilled.
  2. Awaiting Collection – Orders that are ready to be shipped will display this status before they are packed and shipped. 
  3. Cancelled – Orders that were cancelled by the customer or system. 

This snapshot helps you stay on top of fulfillment without digging into multiple tabs. 

4. Product & Order Management 

From the dashboard itself, you can directly access tools to: 
  1. Add or update product listings
  2. Manage order statuses
  3. Resolve errors or sync issues 
Everything is just a click away, making daily operations fast and hassle-free.

5. Announcement Section 

This area keeps you informed about the latest updates, feature releases, policy changes, and important alerts from UniCon. Always stay in the loop. 

6. Activities 

The Activities section logs all major jobs running behind the scenes for your UniCon account, such as product imports, listing updates, order syncs, and channel connections.
It helps you stay informed and trace back any changes or issues quickly, with clear timestamps and status updates for each activity.  

7. Channel Setup Checklist 

Add channels, product, manage orders & inventory, and control app-level settings—all from the same dashboard.
