Connect TikTok Shop

To sync your TikTok Shop with UniCon and start managing products and orders in one place, you’ll need to connect your TikTok Shop account. 

Step 1: Connect Your TikTok Shop 

  1. Click Connect in UniCon.
  2. Select your region of operation.
  3. You’ll be redirected to the TikTok Shop Seller Center to authorize CedCommerce.
  4. Log in with your TikTok Shop seller credentials.
  5. Review and authorize the requested permissions for UniCon.
  6. Once authorized, you’ll be redirected back to the UniCon app. 

Step 2: Configure Product Settings 

Manage and customize product preferences to ensure smooth listing, accurate syncing, and better optimization across connected channels.
  1. Product Identifier: Choose how UniCon identifies your products when importing them from channels and linking them within the app.
    1. SKU – Use SKU as the primary identifier.
    2. Barcode – Use Barcode/UPC/EAN as the primary identifier. 
  2. Product Listing: Control how products are displayed and synced across marketplaces.
    1. White Background Optimization (Main Image): Enable this option to automatically optimize the first image of both new and existing products with a clean white background for better visibility and compliance. 
  3. Auto Product Deactivate or Delete: Automatically deactivate or remove products on TikTok Shop based on changes in UniCon.  
    1. When a product is deleted in UniCon:
      1. Delete from TikTok Shop, or
      2. Deactivate from TikTok Shop.
    2. When a product goes out of stock:
      1. Deactivate from TikTok Shop.
    3. When a product is moved to Draft or Archived in UniCon:
      1. Automatically deactivate on TikTok Shop.
  4. Allow Custom Attributes: Define and apply custom sales attributes for products to align with TikTok Shop’s requirements or your brand preferences.

Step 4: Inventory Management 

It includes the following:
  1. Warehouse Setup
  2. Warehouse Mapping
  3. Manage Linking 

A. Warehouse Setup

The Warehouse section in UniCon allows you to manage your fulfillment locations with precision. By maintaining detailed warehouse data and syncing it with your connected TikTok Shop channels, you can prevent overselling, avoid stockouts, and ensure smooth, on-time order fulfillment across platforms.
Whether you're handling inventory manually or through automated systems, this section helps you stay in full control.

Warehouse Grid Overview: All your warehouses are displayed in a structured grid, which includes: 
  1. Name: The name of the warehouse
  2. Channel: The sales platform(s) this warehouse is linked to (e.g., TikTok Shop, Amazon)
  3. Created On: Date the warehouse was added
  4. Status: Active or inactive
  5. Action: Options to: 
    1. Edit: Update warehouse details
    2. Delete: Remove a warehouse (if not actively in use)

Add Warehouse: To create a new warehouse, click on Add Warehouse and fill out the following fields: 
  1. Name: A unique name to identify the warehouse
  2. Handling Time: The number of days required to process and dispatch orders
  3. Can Fulfill: Select Yes or No to define if this warehouse can ship orders
  4. Can Return: Select Yes or No to define if this warehouse accepts returns
  5. Address: Full shipping address of the warehouse
  6. Landmark: Optional nearby location for clarity
  7. Country
  8. State
  9. City
  10. Zip Code
  11. Phone Number: For contact or shipping coordination 

B. Warehouse Mapping 

To ensure accurate inventory tracking and order routing, you can Map Warehouses to your connected marketplaces. This allows UniCon to sync inventory levels across all platforms and streamline fulfillment. 
  1. Mapping helps prevent overselling by assigning accurate stock data to each channel.
  2. It ensures that product availability and shipping options reflect the real-time capacity of each location. 

You can add a warehouse or map existing ones visually using the mapping graph provided in this section.

By managing and mapping your warehouses in UniCon, you bring structure and clarity to your multichannel fulfillment operations, helping you grow across platforms like TikTok Shop with confidence. 

C. Manage Linking

The section helps you connect your TikTok Shop listings with their corresponding products in UniCon. This ensures smooth inventory synchronization, accurate order routing, and prevents issues like SKU duplication across channels.   
  1. Linked – Products that are successfully connected between UniCon and the marketplace.
  2. Not Linked – Products with no established link.
  3. Partial Linked – Products with some variations or attributes still unlinked.

  1. Linked:  The channel-specific grid for Linked Products includes:
    1. TikTok: Displays the product title and SKU listed on the selected channel.
    2. UniCon: Shows the corresponding product in your UniCon catalog. 
    3. Action: For already linked products, you’ll see an Unlink button. Clicking it will remove the connection between the two records.
  2. Not-Linked: The channel-specific grid for Not Linked Products includes: 
    1. Image: Thumbnail of the product
    2. Title: Product name as listed
    3. SKU: Unique identifier for inventory and sync tracking
    4. Product Type: Displays whether the item is a simple product or a variant.
    5. Status: Indicates listing state (e.g., Active, Inactive, Incomplete)
    6. Price: Displayed in your selected currency
    7. Quantity: Current stock level
    8. Action: For not-linked products, you’ll see a Link button. Clicking it creates a connection between the two records. 
How to Link a Product: 
To connect a TikTok Shop listing with a product in UniCon: 
  1. Locate the item using search or scroll.
  2. Click the Link button in the Action column.
  3. Choose the matching UniCon product to complete the linking. 
Once linked, the product will move to the Linked tab and sync inventory and orders automatically.

Customize Grid: 
The Customize Grid option allows you to personalize the columns shown in your listing table for a cleaner, focused view. It includes: 
  1. Product Type – Displays whether the item is a simple product or a variant.
  2. Status – Indicates the listing’s current state (e.g., Active, Inactive).
  3. Price – Shows the product’s current selling price in the selected marketplace.
  4. Quantity – Displays available inventory. 
You can enable or disable any of these columns using the checkboxes to tailor the table view to your preferences.



  1. Partial Linked Products: The Partial Linked tab displays products that are only partially connected between your TikTok Shop and UniCon. This typically occurs when:
    1. Only the parent or child variant is linked
    2. Product attributes do not fully match across systems
    3. Only one directional sync is established (e.g., inventory but not pricing)
Each row in the table shows a side-by-side comparison between the marketplace listing and the UniCon product, along with Link and Unlink options. 

Actions: 
  1. Link – Complete the partial connection by matching the remaining attributes or variants
  2. Unlink – Disconnect the existing partial link to start fresh 

Step 5: Order Management 

Simplify order management with effortless import and real-time synchronization across all connected sales channels.
  1. Enable Order Split Handling: Allow the system to handle TikTok orders that are split into multiple packages by creating corresponding Amazon MCF orders.
    1. If enabled, UniCon waits for TikTok’s package split information before generating MCF orders.
    2. Each TikTok package is then mapped to one MCF order, ensuring accurate fulfillment.
    3. If disabled, the system creates a single MCF order containing all items, regardless of package splits.
  2. Order Split Hold Time (in minutes): Set the waiting period for UniCon before creating MCF orders for TikTok split orders.
  3. Shipping Carrier Mapping: Easily map Amazon MCF shipping carriers with TikTok Shop carriers for seamless order processing.
    1. Ensures accurate carrier alignment between TikTok Shop and Amazon MCF.
    2. Helps maintain consistency in shipping labels, delivery timelines, and tracking updates.
