Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time through the app’s pricing overview page. Any changes take effect immediately, and your billing will be adjusted accordingly for the current cycle. However, the following conditions apply to downgrades and depend on your monthly orders.


Warning
Suppose you are on a $49 per month plan with a 500-order limit, and your monthly orders are consistently >500. In that case, you cannot downgrade to a lower plan. However, at a particular time of the year, you only get 100 orders; in this case, you can now downgrade to the lower plan ($19 per month), which has a monthly order limit of 100.


In short, it depends on your monthly orders.
