The app’s dashboard provides insight into your store and helps you analyze the sales. It shows basic information about your stores, like products and their statuses, orders and their statuses, ongoing and completed activities, along with some FAQs. You will also the TikTok Shop prerequisites on the dashboard.
What are TikTok Shop Prerequisites?
TikTok Shop prerequisites include the steps that are required to be fulfilled for you to use the integration app for selling on TikTok. In case, your TikTok Shop has failed to complete any of the 5 steps included in the prerequisites, you will get the note on your dashboard, suggesting you complete the steps.
Product Status:
The Product Status section on the dashboard provides real-time product updates. The different statuses visible to merchants to demonstrate a product’s stages and their meanings are mentioned below:
- Live: These products are listed on TikTok Shop and are all set for the customers to buy them.
- Failed: Products under this category are not uploaded on the TikTok Shop due to some error.
- Not Uploaded: Total number of products that are imported to the app from the Shopify store but are not yet uploaded on TikTok Shop.
- Inactive: These are the products that have been deactivated from the app by you. For instance, some seasonal products that you do not want the buyers to see on TikTok Shop for some time can be made ‘inactive.’
- In progress: Products under this category are in the process of getting uploaded on the TikTok Shop.
- Reviewing: Products that are shared with TikTok for their review. Upon their review and receiving a go-ahead from TikTok will be made Live on TikTok Shop.
There are two more tabs available on top of the product section, viz.,
- Sync Shop Status: You can refresh and sync your TikTok Shop by clicking here to get real-time status updates.
- Bulk Upload: Click here to upload all the linked products in bulk, saving you valuable time and effort.
Orders that are linked to a category can only be uploaded in bulk.
Order Status:
The Order Status section of the dashboard helps track the real-time status of the orders. Different order statuses visible to the merchants and their meanings are mentioned below:
- Awaiting Shipment: As soon as an order is created on TikTok Shop, it is marked as “Awaiting Shipment.”
- Awaiting Collection: When a seller fulfills the package using “shipped by seller” as the shipping method, the order status reflects “Awaiting Collection” before the order is packed and shipped.
- Completed: Once an order is delivered successfully and no return or refund request is raised by the buyer, the status will auto-update to “Completed” in 14 days from the date of the delivery date.
- Cancelled: The order placed by a buyer can be cancelled by you or the buyer via the app by providing a proper reason. The status of the same will be updated on TikTok Shop.
- Failed: Orders that have failed to be delivered, due to one or more reasons, will reflect in this section.
- Delivered: Orders that have been successfully delivered to the customers but are in the 14-day window of being completed, fall under this section. Customer can raise a return or refund request for these orders.
Recent Activity:
All the ongoing activities like product imports from Shopify, product uploads to TikTok Shop, automatic inventory updates, and completed activities are visible under this section. You can keep an eye on the activities from here and take timely actions as and when required.
Create Template

You can review your plan details in this section. Herein, you will get the plan amount, monthly billing date, and products & orders remaining in the plan, along with the option to upgrade your plan, whenever required.
