Products Section
The Products section of the app provides you with all the information required to sync and manage your products.
You can edit the existing ones in the Products section.
1. Product Status:
At the top bar of the section, you can view products based on the following statuses:
- All: It shows the total products in the app, whether they are listed or not listed on TikTok Shop.
- Not Uploaded: Total number of products that are imported to the app from the Shopify store but are not yet uploaded on TikTok Shop.
- In Progress: The product uploading process is in progress, and soon these products will be listed on the TikTok Shop.
- Live: These products are listed on TikTok Shop and are all set for the customers to buy them.
- Reviewing: These products are under review before going live on TikTok Shop.
- Failed: Products under this category are not uploaded on the TikTok Shop due to some error. These errors can include missing SKUs, product weight, and incorrect or missing images, among others.
- Inactive: Inactive products are the ones that have been deactivated from the app by the merchants.
2. Bulk Upload:
- Go to the “Products” section and click on the “Bulk Upload” tab in the right corner of the app.
- A pop-up message will appear with two options, viz., “Choose Category Template” and “TikTok Shop Warehouse.”
- Click on the drop-down menu to choose the desired templates and warehouse. Click on upload to proceed.
3. More Action:
Under this tab, you can perform the following actions:
- You can import and export language CSV files to convert your product listings into local EU language.
- Sync product statuses from the TikTok Shop to the connector by clicking on “Sync TikTok Status.”
4. Product Grid:
You can view the following sections on the product grid:
- Title: The title of the product as is visible on TikTok.
- Translation Status: The product listings on the EU market are required to be available in local languages. If your listings are in English (default), you can view their translation status in this section.
- Price: The price of the products as is visible on TikTok.
- Quantity: The number of products that are available for a product is visible under this section.
- Status: The status of products on TikTok Shop is available in this section.
