What are the pricing plans for using TikTok Shop Connector? What should we need to consider if we plan to migrate our TikTok Shop management from AfterShip, QuickSync to CedCommerce?The App is designed to onboard all the sellers either they are new to TikTok Shop or already selling. You can install the CedCommerce Shopify Connector here. I don't have TikTok Shop account. What should I do?You can open your TikTok Shop account here effectively. I'm trying to authorising my TikTok Shop account with CedCommerce, but the screen is showing disabled button while connecting it? What should I do?

I have connected my wrong TikTok Shop account. How can I change my TikTok Shop in the App?You can disconnect your previous TikTok Shop account from App -> Configurations -> Accounts section. On disconnection, it will disconnect your previous account and allow you to connect new TikTok Shop account.
The orders in my Shopify store contains encrypted address of customer. How I can ship the orders?
Your orders are having the delivery option as, ”Shipment via Platform (also known as TikTok Shipping)”, which means you need to generate the shipping label directly from the TikTok Shop, that is why this information is encrypted.
Visit your TikTok Shop seller central > Shipping > Shipping Option> Change to Seller Shipping.
Once you will change the Shipping option to Shipped via seller on TTS then you'll not receive encrypted data in for your new orders, and you will be responsible for the complete fulfilment of new orders. But, for the orders you've received till now you need to generate shipping label directly from TikTok Shop. And Once you will choose shipped by the seller, then the orders from the TikTok shop will automatically flow into your Shopify store with the complete customer information, and once they have been fulfilled from your Shopify store by your fulfilment service provider the same tracking details would sync on TikTok shop making the order fulfilled for you.
I have an order in app that was not synced. Error is: Unable to reserve inventory: {"errors":{"line_items":["Unable to reserve inventory"]}}. What should I do to sync order in Shopify?
Although CedCommerce provides a robust inventory syncing but In some cases due to mis-configurations where orders fail to sync with Shopify due to insufficient inventory, CedCommerce provides an automatic feature ensures a seamless process to sync the orders when a inventory(or stock) gets added for out-of-stock line items in Shopify. If sellers add inventory for those products within 5 days, the orders will automatically sync with Shopify. This feature also supports the automatic syncing of newly created orders, enhancing efficiency and minimising manual intervention. I have an order in app that was not synced. Error is: Product not found. What should I do What should I do to sync order in Shopify?You need to link the line item TikTok Shop SKU with the corresponding Shopify product from the Products -> Linking section. Once, it will be linked current failed orders and new orders with linked line items will be synced to Shopify automatically.

Why were only 100 products synced to my TikTok Shop?As a new seller on TikTok Shop we limit your daily product sync count to 100 products. The product sync limit resets daily and you are able to sync another 100 products the next day.

Why am I seeing the error "The SKU stock must be between [0,999999]" when the product already has SKU stock?This error occurs if any warehouse is recording a negative inventory stock. The seller needs to correct this by adjusting the stock level to fall within the 0 to 999999 range and avoid any negative values.
TikTok Shop charges any listing or registration fees?
There are no aditional fees to create products on TikTok. TikTok Shop charges a commission-based fee, which is a certain percentage of the total sale order value. Read more here. What's the difference between a new and old seller on TikTok Shop?
Here's a simple breakdown:
New seller - an account that's been made in the last 90 days.
Old seller - an account that was created more than 90 days ago and has a history of orders.
How Product Review works in TikTok Shop?
Products added or updated through our app are subject to TikTok Shop's review, which may take 2-3 minutes. TikTok Shop decides on publication, potentially marking items as 'suspended,' 'deactivated,' or 'error.' Such products remain visible in our app and TikTok Shop portal, with inventory/product data syncing, but invisible to buyers. Each product update triggers a new TikTok Shop review.
What is Multi-warehouse (MWH) settings in TikTok?Multi-warehouse (MWH) in TikTok Shop Seller Centre lets sellers manage up to 20 warehouses for order fulfilment. It's not auto-activated; you must have it enabled by your TikTok account manager. To activate, contact your AM. Once approved, you can sync products.
How to Re-authorise CedCommerce Access for TikTok Shop?
You can re-authorise your TikTok Shop account with CedCommerce from the App itself. Login the CedCommerce App from Shopify store and the App will ask you a message in a popup to re-authorise your TikTok Shop account connection. We use a 3P fulfilled application in Shopify like Veeqo, ShipStation to fulfill our orders. Does the App syncs TikTok Shop Orders into Shopify, and sync tracking back to TikTok Shop from Shopify?
Yes, the orders will be created on Shopify it self. Only `Seller Shipping` type of TikTok Shop orders can be fulfilled from Shopify store. TikTok Shipping orders needs to be shipped from your TikTok Shop account.
How I can opt for Seller Shipping program in TikTok Shop?
You can opt the Seller Shipping by following the steps mentioned here. Can I add Shopify order tags for our TikTok Shop orders to be synced in my Shopify store?

Yes, You will receive the payment back after 14-days of the order will be delivered to the customer. You can read more here. What are Prohibitied products to the TikTok Shop?
There are certain products that are not allowed to sell on TikTok Shop. Please have a look here. I am receving error You don't have permission to select this category in all markets..... while uploading products on TikTok Shop. How can I apply for category approval?
In order to ensure that listed products are high-quality and safe for our customers, certain categories of products require sellers to have pre-approval from TikTok Shop. This approval process is called category qualification and sellers can apply through Seller Center > My Account > Account Settings > Qualification Center. Get the complete visibility here. Why my Shopify products are showing on discounted amount on TikTok but I have not add any coupons for my products.
TikTok provides self-funded (TikTok-funded) promotions for your products over TikTok platforms, and the same could be the reason of discount visibility. You can verify the discount settings in your TikTok Shop account here for a safe side.
