Why am I seeing the "Physical products can't be uploaded due to the assignment of a digital profile" error?

This error occurs when a digital profile is assigned to products that include physical items.

How to resolve this:

  1. Go to the Products section of the Etsy Integration CedCommerce App
  2. In the All Products tab, select the physical product(s) using the checkbox on the left for which you’re encountering the error for “Physical products can't be uploaded due to the assignment of a digital profile” 
  3. Move your cursor to the far right side of your screen, where you’ll find an icon labeled More Actions (represented by three horizontal dots "...")
  4. Click on More Actions, then select and run the option Un-assign Profile
  5. Create a separate profile specifically for physical products.
  6. Once the profiles are correctly assigned, the error will be resolved.
