Why am I seeing an issue with the shop section in profiling?
This issue may occur if the shop section assigned in your profile has been deleted on Etsy. To resolve this, you need to fetch the shop section from Etsy and assign it to your profile in the app.
How to fix it:
Fetch the shop section from Etsy:
- In the Ced App, click on "Fetch Shop Sections" in the upper-right corner.
- This will allow you to view and assign the correct shop sections to your profile.
Create a new shop section (if needed):
- Click "Create Shop Section" in the upper-right corner.
- A pop-up will appear where you can name the new section as per your preference.
Edit an existing shop section (if needed):
- Click the edit action button next to the shop section.
- Rename the section according to your preference.
