The Global Product Replication feature in the TikTok Shop integration app allows you to list and manage a single product across multiple regions simultaneously. Instead of manually creating and updating products for each connected region of your TikTok Shop, this feature streamlines the process, ensuring consistency and efficiency in product listings across different regions.
With this feature, you can:

Setting up Global Product Replication in the App

  1. Once the Global Product setting is enabled in Configuration, a new submenu labeled Global Product will appear under the Manage Listings tab. 
  2. Ensure you are accessing your shop in the default region to proceed.
  3. Now, navigate to Manage Listings > Global Product in the sidebar.
  4. Here, you will see a list of all products available for replication.
  5. The page grid will display important details such as product title, category, region, status, and other updates.

Product Status:

On the page, you will find the below-mentioned product statuses: 
  1. All: It shows the total products in the app, whether they are published or not.
  2. Not Uploaded: Total number of products that are imported to the app from the PrestaShop store but have not yet been uploaded to TikTok Shop.
  3. Unpublished: Products that are uploaded to TikTok Shop default region, but haven’t been published in any region. 
  4. Published: Products that are live for sale in all the regions of your TikTok Shop. 

Product Grid: 

The following sections are available on the product grid to help you easily review, manage, and edit any product without any hassles: 
  1. PS-TikTok ID: Here you can view the PrestaShop and TikTok ID assigned to each product. 
  2. Image: You can view product images for their respective IDs in this section. 
  3. Name: The name of the product as visible on TikTok will be displayed here. 
  4. Region: All the regions where this product will be live for sale are included here. 
  5. Price: The price of the product as visible on TikTok is displayed here. 
  6. Quantity: The quantity of the inventory for the specific product is visible under this section.
  7. Reference: The SKU of your product is visible here.
  8. Type: Whether the product is simple or has a variant will be displayed in this section.
  9. Status: The status of products on TikTok Shop is available in this section.
  10. Category Template: The template to which each product is assigned is displayed here. 
  11. Search: You can search for a specific product by clicking on the Search button.
  12. Action: You can view, edit, upload, and publish products through this section. 

Bulk Action:

You can also perform bulk action on the products at once. 
  1. Select all the products you wish to include for performing Bulk Actions. 
  2. You can: 
  1. Upload products in bulk on TikTok Shop
  2. Sync the TikTok Shop status of all the selected products at once. 
  3. Delete the selected products from the app and TikTok Shop, all at once. 
Deleting Global product products would not remove products from published regions. The replicated needs to be removed manually from each region.

Publishing in Multiple Regions

  1. Once you have uploaded the products, click on the Action tab next to a product. 
  2. Next, click on Publish Product Action. 

  1. Upon clicking on Publish Product, select all the regions where you wish to make this product live for selling, on the pop-up that opens. 
  2. Click on Publish, and your product is now available for sale in all the selected regions of your Shop.
