Manage Orders

Manage Orders

The Manage Orders section is your central hub for all orders that flow back from connected sales channels into the UniCon app. Every order placed by a customer on these marketplaces is automatically created in UniCon, providing a single platform to track, manage, and fulfill them.

What You Can Do in Manage Orders

  1. View all synced orders – See every order that has come in from TikTok Shop.
  2. Check fulfillment type – Whether the order is set to be shipped by the seller (Fulfillment by Seller) or routed through Amazon MCF.
  3. Track order lifecycle – Monitor progress with clear statuses (e.g., Unpaid, Awaiting Shipment, In Transit, Delivered).
  4. Take action – Update order statuses, confirm fulfillment, or cancel orders when needed.
  5. Centralized record – Keep a complete history of orders across channels in one place.

Why It Matters

Instead of logging in separately to each channel, the Manage Orders page in UniCon gives you a single source of truth for order operations. From the moment an order is created until it is delivered (whether fulfilled by you or Amazon MCF), you can manage the entire process here.
  1. All → Displays all synced orders.
  2. Combined → Groups multiple order records if applicable (in case of combined package orders).
  3. Archived → Stores past orders that have been successfully delivered/cancelled, and refunded,  for recordkeeping.

Search & Filters

  1. Use the search bar to locate orders by Order ID quickly.
  2. Apply filters to narrow results by order status, fulfillment type, date, or payment status.
  3. Customize the grid to view only the columns that matter to you.

Order Grid

Each synced order is listed in a table with the following details:
  1. Order ID & Source ID:
    1. Order ID is UniCon’s unique identifier for the order.
    2. Source ID links back to the original order on the connected marketplace (e.g., TikTok Shop).
  2. Total Items: Number of items in the order. You can expand to view item-level details.
  3. Fulfilled By: Displays how the order will be fulfilled -
    1. Fulfillment by Seller: You ship the order directly.
    2. Amazon MCF: The order is sent to Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment by UniCon.
    3. Marketplace Fulfillment: If applicable, fulfilled by the marketplace.
  4. Order Status: Every order synced into UniCon is assigned a status that reflects its current stage in the fulfillment cycle. Below are the possible statuses you may encounter -
    1. Unfulfilled – Order is created but has not yet been processed for shipment.
    2. Partial Fulfilled – Some items in the order have been shipped, while others remain pending.
    3. Fulfilled – All items in the order have been successfully shipped.
    4. On Hold – Order is temporarily paused, often due to payment, stock, or compliance issues.
    5. Active – Order is confirmed and in progress, awaiting the next fulfillment step.
    6. Failed – An error occurred during fulfillment or syncing; requires action to resolve.
    7. Completed – The order lifecycle is successfully closed (delivered and settled).
    8. Partial Cancelled – Some items in the order were cancelled, but others remain active.
    9. Cancelled – Entire order has been cancelled and will not be processed further.
    10. Partial Returned – Customer has returned part of the order.
    11. Returned – Customer has returned all items in the order.
    12. Partial Refunded – A partial refund has been issued to the customer.
    13. Refunded – Full refund has been issued for the order.
