My product variants are listed in different sizes, and I’ve mapped them, but they’re still not showing correctly on Amazon. What should I do?

Start by checking if the variation theme is mapped properly in the app. Know more by reading our dedicated user guide here.

Then, look at the product feed to see if everything is syncing correctly. You can find it in the top horizontal toolbar in the listing grid.

 If both look correct but the issue continues, raise a case on Seller Central. You’ll need the Feed ID (shown in the app, it’s the same as the Batch ID), the correct SKU, and any error message shown in the app while creating the case.
