Product Section Overview

The Product section in the Miravia Connector gives you a centralized workspace to view, sync, list, and manage all your Shopify products for Miravia Marketplace. Whether you want to make bulk updates or edit individual listings, this section provides every tool you need.

Important:
Images and videos are not allowed in Miravia product descriptions. Ensure your descriptions comply before uploading.

Product Status

The top status bar allows you to filter and view products based on their current state in Miravia:

  • All: Displays every product, regardless of status.

  • Processing: Products currently under review by Miravia.

  • Live: Successfully listed products on Miravia Marketplace, actively available for purchase.

  • Inactive: Products you’ve manually deactivated. For example, you might delist winter clothing during summer.

  • Deleted: Products that were previously live but have been deleted from Miravia.

  • Pending: Products waiting for approval from Miravia Marketplace.

  • Suspended: Products rejected by Miravia due to policy or data issues.

  • Error: Listings that failed to upload due to one or more errors.

  • Not Uploaded: Products present in the connector app but not yet listed on Miravia.

  • Not Ready: Products are missing required information, preventing them from being uploaded.

  • Lock: Live products locked by Miravia for breaching marketplace guidelines. Once resolved, they can be unlocked.

The Product Status Grid provides a clear, visual snapshot of each listing’s current state across Miravia and AliExpress.

Tip: If a status appears underlined, it indicates an issue. Click on it to view the warning or error details.

Sync Product Status

Keep your product data up to date by clicking the Sync Product button. This performs a bulk sync between your Shopify store and Miravia Marketplace, updating product statuses and reflecting any changes.

Upload and Update Products

Upload Products in Bulk:

  1. Click Upload Products.

  2. In the pop-up, select the desired profile from the dropdown.

  3. Click Upload. The upload process starts, and you’re redirected to the Activity Section to monitor progress.

Bulk and Individual Actions

You can perform bulk or single-product actions directly from the product grid.

  • Select and Upload Products: Select desired products, click Upload, and confirm in the pop-up to list them on Miravia.

  • Activate Product: Reactivate inactive products (e.g., seasonal items like summer dresses).

  • Validate Product: Fix issues for "Not Ready" products before uploading.

  • Deactivate Product: Temporarily delist products (e.g., deactivate winter coats in summer).

  • Update Price/Quantity: Sync any price or stock changes made in Shopify to Miravia.

  • Update Product: Apply updates such as title, description, or sync settings to Miravia listings.

  • Reset to Not Uploaded: Move deleted products back to "Not Uploaded" if you want to relist them. This is useful if the product was removed from Miravia but is still active in Shopify. After six months, permanently deleted products cannot be recovered.

Search and Filter Products

Quickly locate specific products using the Search Bar. You can search by:

  • Product title

  • Product ID

  • SKU

You can also use filters to refine your view based on:

  • Profile

  • Product Type

  • Quantity

  • Price

  • Platform

Apply your chosen filters, and the product list will update instantly.

How to View and Edit Product Details

The Product Section in the Miravia Shopify Connector lets you review and update every detail of your products before listing them on Miravia. You can manage titles, descriptions, pricing, images, and even configure attribute mappings at an individual product level for better control.

This ensures your listings are optimized for Miravia Marketplace and comply with its guidelines.

Viewing Product Details

To check a product’s details:

  1. Navigate to the Product Section in your connector dashboard.

  2. Locate the product you want to review.

  3. Click the three-dot (kebab menu) next to the product.

  4. Select View.

You’ll now see a complete snapshot of the selected product, including:

  • Title: The title as it will appear on Miravia. (Non-editable if sync settings restrict it.)

  • Profile Name: Displays which profile is assigned to this product.

  • SKU: Stock Keeping Unit imported from Shopify.

  • Description: Full product description as synced from Shopify or updated in the app.

  • Images: Preview all images associated with the product.

  • Pricing: View region-specific or general pricing (General Price for all countries).

  • Weight: Displays the product weight in grams/kilograms.

  • Current Status: Shows listing status (e.g., Not Ready, Live, Error).

Editing Product Details

To edit and update product details directly in the connector:

  1. In the Product Section, locate your product.

  2. Click the three-dot menu and select Edit.

  3. Update the following fields as needed:

Title and Description

  • Update the product title and description to make them Miravia-compliant and SEO-friendly.

  • Note: Titles may be locked if sync settings are disabled.

Images

  • Add new product images.

  • Delete existing ones.

  • Reorder images using the Change Order feature to decide which image appears as the main display image on Miravia.

Tip: Only the first 8 images are sent to Miravia Marketplace.

Pricing

  • Set region-specific prices for Spain, Portugal, and Italy, or use a General Price for all countries.

  • You can define:

    • Regular Price

    • Sale Price

  • If no price rules are set, the system uses General Price by default.

Note: Enter 0 or leave blank for sale price if none is offered.


Weight

  • Edit product weight for shipping and logistics accuracy. Always use the correct unit (grams).

Custom Sync Settings

This setting allows you to control which product details sync from the connector to Miravia.

  • Enabled: Changes made in the app will be sent to Miravia.

  • Disabled: Shopify product data will sync instead.

You can select specific fields (Title, Price, Description, Images, Weight) to sync or exclude.

Attribute Sync Settings

  • Manage which attributes (Price, Stock, Description, Category, etc.) are synced from the app to Miravia.

  • Uncheck any attribute you don’t want updated during sync.

  • Helps avoid overwriting certain product details on the marketplace.

Attribute Mapping

To override the global profile’s attribute mapping for an individual product:

  1. Uncheck Use Profile Settings under the Attributes section.

  2. Edit the attribute mappings (e.g., change EAN code mapping from Barcode to SKU).

  3. Save changes.

Note: These changes apply only to this product. Other products in the profile remain unaffected.

Notes & Tips

  • Image Ordering: The first image in the list becomes the main product image on Miravia. Arrange supporting images in your preferred order.

  • Country Pricing: Useful for sellers offering different prices per region. Ensure all regions are selected if pricing should be uniform.

  • Non-editable Fields: Some fields may appear locked if they are governed by global sync settings. To access them, disable Use Profile Settings or adjust Custom Sync Settings.
