Products

The Products section allows you to view, manage, filter, and publish/unpublish your Shopify products for Amazon Shop Direct.

Access the Products Section

• From the left navigation menu, click Products

• You will land on the All products page

This page displays all products imported from your Shopify store.

Understand Product Listing

Each product row displays key details:

• Image

• Title

• Variants (number of variations)

• Amazon Status (e.g., Not Listed)

• Product Details (attributes like size, color, SKU, price, inventory)

• Activity (current processing status)

This helps you quickly review product readiness.

How to Search and Filter Products?

To find specific products:

• Use the Search bar to search by title

Apply filters to narrow results:

• Product status (Listed / Not Listed)

• SKU filters with operators such as:

• Equals

• Not Equals

• Contains

• Does not contain

• Starts with

• Ends with

You can combine filters and click Clear all to reset.

How to Import Products from Shopify?

If your products are not yet visible or you want to refresh your catalog:

• Click Import from Shopify (top right)

• Confirm the action in the pop-up by clicking Continue

The system will begin importing your Shopify products.

How to Select Products for Publish/Update?

• Use the checkbox next to each product to select individual items

• Or select multiple products for bulk actions

The number of selected products will be displayed at the top.

How to View Product Variants?

If a product has multiple variants:

• Click on the “X variants” link in the Variants column

A pop-up window will open displaying all variants for that product.

What can I view in the variants modal?

For each variant, you can see:

• Image

• Variant title 

• SKU

• Inventory

• Price

• Amazon status (e.g., Listed or Not Listed)

Why is this useful?

• Helps you review variant-level data before publishing

• Allows you to identify which variants are listed or not listed

• Ensures all required variant details are accurate

Close the modal after reviewing to return to the product list.

How to Bulk Publish/ Update Product Feed on Amazon?

Select the desired product, and once products are selected:

• Click Publish / Update on Amazon

This action sends selected products for processing and makes them eligible for Amazon Shop Direct discovery.

Monitor Product Activity

Check the Activity column to track product status:

• No Ongoing Activity → No current processing

• Processing states → Product is being prepared

• Errors → Requires attention

Use the Notifications section for detailed logs if needed.
