To Manage The Sales Orders

  • Go to the ‘Best Buy Canada Integration App’.
  • On the left menu click ‘Orders’.
  • Click ‘Sales order’.

You can perform any of the following activities from this section:
Fetch Orders: Sellers can Fetch their recent/new orders in the app from the Best Buy CA by clicking on the ‘Fetch Order’ button.

The new orders if available are fetched from Bestbuy.ca and are listed in the app’s order section, then a confirmation message appears. If there are no new orders on Best Buy Canada, then the relevant message appears on the page.

Sync Orders: To sync all orders and to create orders on the Shopify store, the seller should click on the ‘Sync Orders” Button. As shown in the following figure :

It will create your orders in your Shopify store for fulfillment and then you can fulfill the order from Shopify and then after you need to update tracking information and the order status automatically gets updated in the app.


Ship Orders: To update and sync shipment from Shopify to Best Buy CA, click on ‘Ship Order’.

A list of all orders placed on Best Buy is fetched and listed here, sellers can find the order name, order id, product SKU, and its status. You can send the refund request to Shopify for your order using the icon under the Actions.
