Overview

The TikTok Orders page serves as your central workspace for managing all orders originating from TikTok Shop. It shows all incoming orders, their processing state, and the actions you can take—whether it’s importing orders, creating Magento sales orders, shipping them, or handling exceptions like out-of-stock scenarios. 

Account View 

This dropdown lets you choose which TikTok Shop account’s orders you want to see. 
  1. Many sellers operate multiple TikTok accounts (e.g., different regions like GB, US, SG).
  2. Selecting an account filters the order grid to only show orders belonging to that specific store.
  3. This ensures you do not mix operations across regions or storefronts. 

Import Orders 

This action manually pulls the latest orders from TikTok Shop into your integration panel.
When to use it:
  1. If you want to immediately fetch new orders without waiting for the scheduled sync.
  2. If you are troubleshooting and want to check whether TikTok has sent new order updates.
Orders imported manually will appear in the module, but they do not automatically generate Magento Sales Orders. To generate a Magento order, you must open the order entry and click Create Order.

This prevents accidental creation of sales orders before an operator is ready to review them.

Use this to search for: 
  1. TikTok Marketplace Order IDs
  2. Magento Sales Order IDs
  3. Account IDs
  4. Or any keyword related to the order 
Fast, keyword-based search simplifies navigation through large datasets. 

Filters Panel 

Filters help you narrow down results based on: 
  1. Order status
  2. Date ranges
  3. Channel/account
  4. Shipment or cancellation state 
  5. Sync errors, etc. 
This is essential for sellers who handle hundreds of daily orders. 

Orders Grid 

The grid gives you a structured overview of all TikTok orders. Here’s what each key column represents: 
  1. Marketplace Order ID: The unique TikTok Shop order number assigned by TikTok’s system.
  2. Account ID: Shows which TikTok Shop account the order belongs to.
  3. Sales Order Increment ID: Once the order is created in Magento, this ID appears.  If empty, it means the Magento order hasn't been generated yet.
  4. Marketplace Order Status: Shows the status of the order on TikTok —e.g.:
    1. Awaiting Shipment
    2. Cancelled
    3. Completed
    4. This helps you ensure that your internal Magento process aligns with TikTok’s status.
  5. Order Status (Magento): Represents how far the order has progressed inside your Magento store—e.g.:
    1. Pending
    2. Shipping
    3. Completed
    4. It helps you track internal fulfillment independent of TikTok’s status.
  6. Reason for Order Failure: Appears only when: 
    1. TikTok failed to process the order
    2. Or your system rejected the order
  7. Grand Total (Base): Shows the order value in base currency.
  8. Order Placed On: Timestamp when the buyer placed the order on TikTok.
  9. Order Created On: The moment the order was synced/imported into your module.
  10. Order Updated On: Reflects any updates TikTok sent after the initial import (e.g., shipping updates, cancellations).
  11. Order Data: Gives a raw JSON-like view of the complete order details received from TikTok.
  12. Ordered Items: A breakdown of items in the order—product name, quantity, variant, etc. 

Bulk Actions 

This dropdown allows you to act on multiple orders at once.

1. Create Sales Order 

Generates Magento Sales Orders for the selected TikTok orders. Useful when you prefer batch processing.

2. Reject 

Reject one or more orders with a valid reason. TikTok requires you to specify why the order can't be fulfilled:
  1. Out of Stock – No inventory available.
  2. Pricing Error – Incorrect listing price resulted in an invalid order.
  3. Unable to Deliver – Delivery restrictions, invalid address, or courier limitations. 
Rejected orders sync back to TikTok with the stated reason. 

3. Ship 

Marks the selected orders as shipped. You may be prompted to enter tracking details and carrier information. Updates are sent back to TikTok so the customer receives a shipping confirmation. 

4. Sync Status 

Refreshes the order’s latest status from TikTok. Useful when: 
  1. TikTok shows “Shipped,” but Magento hasn’t updated yet
  2. Cancellations or modifications have occurred
  3. You want to ensure the module reflects current data 
This page is the operational backbone for handling TikTok Shop orders inside your Magento system. It gives sellers full visibility and control by allowing them to:
  1. Fetch orders
  2. Validate them before creation
  3. Convert them into Magento sales orders
  4. Reject orders with valid reason codes
  5. Ship orders and push updates to TikTok
  6. Diagnose failures or sync mismatches
  7. Filter, search, and manage orders at scale 
In short, it ensures that every TikTok order is processed accurately, quickly, and with complete traceability.
