The AliExpress Orders section helps you seamlessly import and manage orders from AliExpress into your Magento store. You can view all order details, sync statuses, create Magento sales orders, or take actions such as shipping and rejecting orders.

Create Magento Sales Order
Step 1: Navigate to the Ordered Items column in the orders table.
Step 2: Click on the View Items button.
Step 3: A popup will display details such as:
Product Names
Price
Quantity
Discount Amount
Step 1: Click on the Import Orders button at the top right.
Step 2: A popup will appear where you can specify:
Account: Select your Magento account linked to AliExpress.
Status: Choose order statuses (e.g., Pending, Shipped) to import.
From / To Dates: Set the date range for fetching orders.
Order ID: Optionally, enter a specific AliExpress order ID to import.
Step 3: Click Import Orders to fetch them into Magento.
Step 1: Select the orders to reject from the table by checking their boxes.
Step 2: Open the Actions dropdown above the table.
Step 3: Select Reject and provide a reason (e.g., Out of Stock, Pricing Error, Unable to Deliver).
Step 1: Select the orders to be shipped.
Step 2: Navigate to Actions → Ship.
Step 3: The orders will be marked as shipped on AliExpress once they are shipped in Magento.
Step 1: Select the orders you want to sync.
Step 2: Go to Actions → Sync Status.
Step 3: The order statuses from AliExpress will be updated in Magento.
Step 1: In the Action column, click View for the order.
Step 2: On the Order & Account Information page, click the Create Sales Order button.
Step 3: Confirm the action in the popup. The AliExpress order will then be created as a Magento Sales Order.
Marketplace Order ID: Unique identifier of the order on AliExpress.
Account ID: Magento account linked with the AliExpress order.
Sales Order Increment ID: Magento-generated increment ID for the imported order.
Marketplace Order Status: Status of the order on AliExpress (e.g., Pending, Shipped, Cancelled).
Order Status: Status of the order within Magento (e.g., Imported, Failed, Shipped).
Reason for Order Failure: Error message if an order fails to import.
Grand Total (Base): Total value of the order.
Order Placed On: Date the order was placed on AliExpress.
Order Created On: Date the order was created in Magento.
Order Updated On: Date of the last update (e.g., shipment or sync).
Order Data: Customer and order details.
Ordered Items: Product names, price, quantity, and discounts for items in the order.
Action: Options to view, create, or manage the order.
AliExpress customers can request a return or refund if they receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from the description on the product page. The connector enables sellers to manage these requests directly from Magento.

Import Return/Refund Orders
Step 1: Select the checkbox next to the product(s) for which the return/refund request has been made.
Step 2: If multiple products have requests, use mass action to accept them together.
Step 3: Confirm your action. The order status will be updated accordingly in both Magento and AliExpress.
Step 1: Select the checkbox for the product(s) you want to reject.
Step 2: A popup will appear asking for the reason for rejection (e.g., invalid claim, not eligible for return, outside return window).
Step 3: Provide the reason and confirm. The rejection will be updated in AliExpress and Magento.
Step 1: Go to the Returns & Refunds section.
Step 2: Use the Import Orders option to fetch the latest return/refund requests from AliExpress into Magento.
Step 3: Once imported, you can take appropriate actions (Accept/Reject).
Refunds processed through AliExpress will reflect directly in the customer’s account; Magento will only update the order status.
Always provide valid reasons while rejecting a request, as repeated rejections may affect your seller performance score on AliExpress.
Order Placement
A buyer places an order on AliExpress.
Import Orders
Seller uses the Import Orders button in Magento to fetch orders from AliExpress.
Validation & Review
Imported orders appear in the AliExpress Orders grid with details like ID, status, total, and items.
Orders can be validated to ensure product and stock details are correct.
Create Magento Sales Order
From the Action column, sellers can create a corresponding Sales Order in Magento.
The order is now part of the Magento Sales system (for invoicing, shipping, etc.).
Shipping the Order
Once fulfilled in Magento, the order status can be updated to Shipped.
The connector syncs this shipping update back to AliExpress.
Sync Order Status
Sellers can run a Sync Status action to align Magento with the latest AliExpress order status (e.g., Shipped, Cancelled, Delivered).
Returns & Refunds
If the customer files a dispute or return/refund request, sellers can:
Accept the return/refund.
Reject the request (with a reason).
Status updates are synced between AliExpress and Magento.
