Configuration Section Overview
The Configuration section in the Miravia Shopify Connector provides all the essential settings to manage how your products, pricing, and orders sync between Shopify and Miravia. You can modify these settings at any time to align with your business requirements.
This section includes three tabs:
General
Price Rule
Advanced Mapping
The General tab lets you control key automation and syncing options.
Configure how product titles are displayed on Miravia. Combine elements like Product Type, Handle, and Title, or add SEO-friendly keywords for better visibility on Miravia.
Tip: Leaving it blank defaults to the Shopify product title.
Manage automatic syncing and product handling between Shopify and Miravia:
Product Auto Update
Enable this to automatically sync changes from Shopify (like price or inventory updates) to Miravia.
Product Auto Upload Variations
Enable to automatically upload new product variations added to Shopify to Miravia.
Product Auto Upload If Type Changed
If a product changes from simple to variant in Shopify, enable this to reflect it automatically on Miravia.
Note: The original simple product will be deleted from Miravia once the type changes.
Product Auto Create
Automatically create Miravia listings for any new products added to Shopify.
Product Auto Delete
Automatically delete Miravia listings when a product is deleted in Shopify.
Threshold Inventory
Set a minimum inventory level. Once this threshold is reached, the product will be marked “Out of Stock” on Miravia to avoid overselling.

Enable to use Miravia’s order ID in Shopify order records.
Bifurcate Tax in Orders
Enable if you want tax bifurcation to show in Shopify orders.
Customer Email in Order
Enable to send customer email details from Miravia orders into Shopify. If disabled, a placeholder (like buyerid@miravia.es) is used.

Remove Miravia Discount From Orders
Enable to exclude Miravia platform discounts from Shopify order records.
Remove Shipping Cost
Enable to exclude shipping costs from Shopify orders synced from Miravia.

Enable to sync Miravia orders automatically into Shopify.
Custom Sync Setting
Decide which product fields (Title, Description, Price, Weight, Images) sync from the app to Miravia. Disabling sync will default to Shopify product data.
Attribute Sync Settings
Control which attributes (Price, Stock, Image, Category & Attributes) are synced. Unchecked attributes will not be updated on Miravia.
The Price Rule tab lets you configure dynamic pricing for different regions.
Choose where you want the pricing rules to apply:
Spain, Portugal, Italy, or
General Price (All Countries) — applies the same rule across all regions.
For each region, select how you want to adjust prices:
Fixed Increment / Decrement – Add or subtract a fixed amount.
Percentage Increment / Decrement – Increase or decrease prices by a percentage.
Multiply – Multiply the original price by a specific value.
None – No rule applied; uses your Shopify price as is.
Decide whether the rule applies to:
Regular Price
Sale Price
Or both
You can check/uncheck these options based on your needs.
Enable this if you want Miravia to ignore Shopify’s Sale Price and only use the Regular Price.
Tip: Useful if you run promotions on Shopify that shouldn’t reflect on Miravia.
If you set a pricing rule for one region (e.g., Spain) but don’t want any adjustments in another (e.g., Italy):
Select that region (Italy)
Set Custom Price Rule to None
This prevents unintended price changes in regions without rules.
You want to:
Increase prices by 5% in Spain
Decrease prices by $3 in Portugal
Keep default Shopify pricing in Italy
Here’s how to set it up:
Spain: Percentage Increment, Value: 5, Apply on: Regular Price
Portugal: Fixed Decrement, Value: 3, Apply on: Both Regular and Sale Price
Italy: None
This tab supports more complex backend configurations for seamless integration.
Map your Shopify shipping carriers to their corresponding Miravia carriers.
Enter Shopify carrier names and link them to Miravia carriers using dropdown menus.
Tip: Orders cannot sync unless the carrier is mapped.
Supports mapping multiple carriers.
Map Shopify warehouses to Miravia warehouses to manage stock more accurately.
Select warehouses from both platforms and link them.
Note: Only stock levels at mapped warehouses will sync. Shopify applies its own rules for stock deductions, such as white order creation on Shopify.
Always click Save after making changes to apply them.
Regularly review your configurations to ensure alignment with your operational changes.
