Onboarding

Onboarding

Onboarding Section (Miravia Shopify Connector)

Follow the six-step onboarding to set up your Miravia Shopify Connector app for product sync and order management:

Step 1: Connect Shopify Account

Begin by connecting your Shopify store to the Miravia app.

  • Click the Connect button on the screen.

  • Next, you'll be redirected to a form where you can enter details about your Shopify store, including the API Key, API Secret Key, Shop URL, and Admin API Access Token.

After entering all the details, click the connect button, and the Shopify application will connect successfully.

Tip: This step ensures your Shopify product data flows into the app for profiling and listing.

Step 2: Connect Miravia Account

Once Shopify is connected, the next step is to link your Miravia seller account.

  • Click Connect to open the Miravia Authorization Portal.

  • Select your country, enter your registered Account Email ID and Password, and click Authorize.

This grants secure access to read and sync your product data with Miravia Marketplace.

Note: The authorization is mandatory to enable listing, order sync, and data updates across platforms.

Step 3: Available Selling Regions

This step lets you review the active selling regions linked to your Miravia accounts.

  • Miravia and AliExpress regions are shown separately with the number of available region(s).

  • Each region shows activation status and whether it’s currently linked to your store.

  • This is view-only. You cannot modify or deselect the regions in this step.

Example: If Spain and Portugal are activated under Miravia, your listings will go live only in these countries.

Step 4: Select Your Plan

Choose a pricing plan that matches your catalog size and sales goals. The plans shown are filtered by your connected selling regions.

Click Start your Free Trial (Advanced/Premium) or Contact Sales at support@cedcommerce.com for Enterprise.

  • Standard ($39/month): 500 product syncs, 100 orders/month

  • Advanced ($79/month): 5000 product syncs, 300 orders/month

  • Premium ($99/month): 10,000 product syncs, 800 orders/month + warehouse management

  • Enterprise (Custom): Unlimited syncs, brand approval, compliance support, and a dedicated success manager

Step 5: Default Profile Setup

This step configures your base product profile, including category selection and attribute mapping.

Select Miravia Product Category

  • Choose the most relevant product category for your items.

  • The search bar helps filter by keywords.

Note: If you change the category later, revisit the required attributes as they may vary.

Map Product Attributes

Attributes are divided into 4 tabs:

  1. Required Attributes (Mandatory)

  • Brand

  • Package weight, length, height, width

  • Delivery by seller

  • Note: Total dimensions must be under 300cm (L+W+H)

  1. Product Qualification Attributes (GPSR) (EU Compliance)

  • Package/Label Photos

  • Safety warnings

  • Manufacturer and EU Responsible Info

  1. Variation Attributes (Optional, for products with variants)

  • Color Family

  • Size

Note: Map Shopify variant options and match values if needed

  1. Recommended Attributes (Optional)

  • Hazmat, Certificates, Delivery Options, Package Contents, etc.

  • While not mandatory, these improve listing quality and discoverability

Note: Each attribute has a mapping dropdown; you can select from Shopify attributes or enter fixed values manually.

Step 6: Default Configuration

This step helps you define how your Shopify product data will behave on Miravia, such as which details sync, when, how, and under what rules.

You can configure everything from title formatting to automated product handling, order syncing, and attribute mapping.

Title Optimization

Set how your product title will appear on Miravia.

  • Use dropdowns to define the title structure using:

    • Title – Shopify product title, or customized title defined by you

    • Keyword – Add SEO keywords to improve visibility

Note: If no rule is selected, the app will default to the original Shopify product title.

Product Syncing & Automation Options

These options let you automate how product additions or changes in your Shopify store impact your Miravia listings:

Setting

Description

Product Auto Update

Automatically pushes changes (price, inventory, etc.) from Shopify to Miravia in real time

Product Auto Upload Variations

If a new variant is added to a listed product on Shopify, it's auto-listed on Miravia

Product Auto Upload If Type Changed

If a simple product is converted into a variant product, it updates the Miravia listing accordingly

Product Auto Create

New products added on Shopify will be auto-listed on Miravia

Product Auto Delete

If a product is deleted from Shopify, it gets deleted from Miravia too

Inventory & Currency Settings

  • Threshold Inventory: Set a stock limit (e.g., 2). When a product’s stock drops to or below this number, it is marked as Sold Out on Miravia. Helps prevent overselling.

  • Currency Conversion: Define the conversion rate from your Shopify store currency to Miravia’s required currency (e.g., 1 INR = 1 EURO).

Order Identification & Buyer Email Controls

Setting

What It Does

Shopify order name as Miravia order ID

Uses Miravia’s order ID as the Shopify order name

Customer Email in Order

Sends the actual customer email from Miravia. If disabled, a placeholder like buyerid@miravia.es is used

Customer Email in Shopify Email

Choose where the email appears—in the actual email field or in customer notes

Order and Tax Management

  • Bifurcate Tax in Orders
If enabled, it lets you add tax breakdowns based on selected tax codes and inclusion/exclusion logic (especially useful for sellers using “Including Tax” pricing).

  • Remove Miravia Discount From Orders
If enabled, the discount value offered on Miravia will not be sent to Shopify.

  • Remove Shipping Cost
When enabled, shipping fees from Miravia are excluded from Shopify orders.

  • Sync Order
Enable it to allow our connector to automatically pull Miravia orders into Shopify.

Custom Sync Setting

This controls what product data is synced to Miravia when edited in the app.

Fields include:

  • Title

  • Description

  • Price

  • Weight

  • Image

You can:

  • Use all

  • Enable selectively

  • Disable all, which means Miravia fetches directly from Shopify instead

If disabled, any manual update in the connector won't be pushed to Miravia.

Attribute Sync Settings

This governs which product attributes will be synced with Miravia.

Options include:

  • Title

  • Description

  • Price

  • Stock

  • Image

  • Category & Attributes

Important: If you uncheck an attribute, it will not be updated on Miravia even if changed.

Shipping Carrier Mapping

Link your shipping methods in Shopify with Miravia’s carriers:

  • Enter your Shopify shipping method name

  • Choose the matching carrier from the Miravia dropdown

  • Click Add

This ensures smooth order fulfillment sync across both platforms.

Final Step

Once all configurations are done:

  • Click Save & Proceed

  • You’ll be redirected to the main dashboard
