Configuration

Under the configuration section, you can edit and modify general and advanced account settings. Here you can connect your PrestaShop store with the Temu store using app configuration settings. It helps you enable or disable product sync, auto-update feature, and much more.




Product Settings

The Product Settings section lets you define default preferences for uploading products on Temu.

Inventory Sync

  • This setting controls whether your PrestaShop store's inventory updates automatically sync with Temu.

  • Options:

    • Enable – When enabled, any changes in your PrestaShop store’s inventory will automatically update on Temu.

    • Disable – When disabled, inventory updates in PrestaShop will not sync to Temu automatically. You will need to update them manually.

  • Recommendation: Enable this option to keep inventory levels accurate between both platforms and prevent overselling.

Currency Conversion

  • This section displays the exchange rate applied to product pricing when syncing between PrestaShop and Temu.

  • You can update the conversion rate based on market conditions to ensure correct pricing.

Order Management

Set up your preferences for how orders are managed and synced between your PrestaShop store and Temu.



Breakdown of Key Fields: 

Custom DNI Value


This setting allows you to customize the DNI (Document National Identity) value for orders.


  • Disable (Default): No custom DNI will be added.

  • Custom Value: Allows you to enter a specific DNI value.

Sync Order

By default, this option is enabled in your PrestaShop store; which allows your Temu orders details and status to be directly synced across both PrestaShop and Temu. You can also choose to disable this setting from the dropdown.

Why it matters: Enabling this saves time by automating order creation instead of manually adding orders from Temu.

Order Creation Status

Defines the status of an order when it's created in PrestaShop. Common statuses include:

  • Processing in Progress (Default): The order is being processed.

Tip: Choose a status that aligns with your existing PrestaShop workflow to prevent order confusion.

Order Creation Shipping Carrier

Select a shipping carrier for orders created in PrestaShop.

  • None (Default): No specific carrier assigned.

  • Other Available Options: Choose from your PrestaShop shipping methods.

Why it matters: Helps in assigning the right carrier for Temu orders to streamline order fulfillment.

Order Creation Payment Method

  • Default: Temu
    Defines the payment method assigned to orders imported from Temu into PrestaShop.

Note: If you want to differentiate Temu orders from other sales channels, you can manually change this field in PrestaShop.

Order Status Mapping

Sync order statuses between Temu and PrestaShop to ensure accurate tracking.

  • Example: Map Shipped (Temu) to an appropriate PrestaShop status (e.g., "Shipped").

Why it’s useful: Ensures that your PrestaShop store reflects accurate order updates from Temu, reducing manual work.

Once you’ve set up your order settings, click on ‘Save’. 

Shipping Carrier Information


The Shipping Carrier Mapping section allows you to link your PrestaShop shipping carriers with Temu’s supported carriers. This mapping ensures that orders placed through your PrestaShop store are fulfilled smoothly via Temu's shipping system.

How to Configure:

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Shipping Carrier Mapping.

  2. In the Prestashop column, you'll see your existing shipping carriers (e.g., "Harman’s shop", "My carrier").

  3. For each PrestaShop carrier, use the dropdown under the Temu column to select the corresponding Temu-supported carrier.

  4. Once all mappings are done, click Update to save your settings.

Why It Matters:

Mapping your carriers correctly ensures:

  • Seamless order fulfillment through Temu

  • Accurate shipping information shared between both platforms

  • Reduced risk of delivery delays or errors

If you are unsure which Temu carrier to select, refer to the official list provided by Temu or contact our support team for guidance.

Account Information


Manage and update your account information from this section. Here’s a breakdown of the fields: 

  • Status: Indicates whether your store is currently connected to Temu.

  • Mall ID: Unique identifier for your Temu store.

  • Authorized At: Date and time your account was successfully authorized.

Changing Access Token:

If your connection token has expired or needs to be refreshed (due to password changes or permission updates), simply click the "Change Access Token" button to reauthorize your store securely.

Keeping your token up to date ensures uninterrupted syncing and order management between your PrestaShop store and Temu.
