I am not able to install the module. What should I do?Please try to reinstall. Ensure that your system meets the module's requirements. Check for compatibility issues and confirm that you have followed all installation instructions. If the problem persists, consult the Module Installation Guide or Contact CedCommerce Support for further assistance.
After connecting to TikTok Shop, it gets stuck at "Prerequisites." What can I do?Verify that all required prerequisites for TikTok Shop integration are fulfilled. This may include checking Bank Details, Contact details etc. If the issue continues, try reconnecting the service or reaching out to customer support team.
The setup is stuck at “Default Category Template.” How can I resolve this?“Default Category Template” helps us to decide in which category your items need to be uploaded. Here you can select the TikTok Shop category and map Prestashop attributes with TikTok Shop category attributes. So your data will be sent to the corresponding category.
Products failed to upload due to height, weight, length, and weight issues. What should I check?Verify that there are no missing or incorrect values that could be causing the upload to fail.If the correct value is present then first check the category template it belongs to and map attributes correctly, if the issue persists then contact support.
Why are many variant products created as simple products?This issue might occur due to an incorrect choice of product attributes. Please check all combinations have the same assigned attributes.
My product shows an image error even though I have images in the items or the main image is not correct. What could be wrong?Make sure you have marked cover images in products. Otherwise by default main image will be sent as a cover image.
