How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can easily switch between plans using the "Change Plan" button located in the "Subscription" section on the right side of the app's "Overview" page.
Upgrades: These are effective immediately, and your billing will be adjusted for the current cycle. You can upgrade at any time via the app's pricing overview.
Downgrades: These will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. However, downgrading eligibility depends on your average monthly order volume.

For example, if you consistently exceed the order limit of your current plan (e.g., averaging over 500 orders on the $49/month plan with a 500-order limit), you will not be able to downgrade.
However, if your order volume decreases significantly (e.g., dropping to 100 orders per month), you would then be eligible to downgrade to a plan that accommodates that level of usage (e.g., the $19/month plan with a 100-order limit).
In summary, your ability to downgrade is contingent upon your typical monthly order volume.
