How to sync Cancelled/Refunded orders from Etsy to Shopify?
To sync the status for the Cancelled or Refunded orders, make sure you have enabled the "Cancel/Refund Order Management" settings in the Order Management.
If the setting is already enabled, you need to follow the below steps:
- Visit the 'Orders' Dashboard
- Select the orders for which you want to update the status by checking on the checkboxes to the left.
- Choose the option 'Sync Etsy Order Status' from the three-dots action.
- Proceed with the 'Submit' button.
