Managing Product List

The Product List section gives you a complete overview of all your products—whether they're listed on Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, or across multiple channels. This is your central space to monitor listings, take quick actions, and ensure every product is optimized for the right platform.

Product Grid 

  1. Image – Visual preview of the product.
  2. Title – The product’s name as listed.
  3. SKU – Unique identifier for inventory and sync management.
  4. Price – Displayed in your selected currency.
  5. Channels – Shows all platforms where the product is currently live (e.g., Amazon, TikTok Shop).
  6. Status – Indicates whether the product is Active, in Draft, or Incomplete.
  7. Actions – Directly manage listings using the following options: 
    1. Assign to: Select this option to assign a product to your choice of Channel Accounts. 
    2. Remove from: Select this option to remove a product from your choice of Channel Accounts. 
    3. Edit: Selecting this action will take you back to the product information page, where you can edit the required data and save. 
    4. Delete: Select this action to remove a product from the app altogether.

Grid Customization 

You can adjust the grid display to better suit your preferences and workflow by switching between key product identifiers: 
  1. Classification – Use classification data to sort or understand your catalog more effectively.
  2. UPC/EAN – Show or hide standard product codes. 

Filters 

To help you find exactly what you need, UniCon offers advanced filters. You can narrow down your view based on:

1. Product Type 

  1. Simple – Individual, parent products
  2. Variant – Multiple variations of the parent products (e.g., size, color) 

2. Channel

  1. Amazon
  2. TikTok Shop
  3. Walmart

3. Channel Accounts 

View listings per connected store under each platform.

4. Status 

  1. Active – Listed and live
  2. Draft – Saved but not published
  3. Incomplete – Missing required details 

5. Price 

Set a price filter using one of the following conditions:
  1. Equal to
  2. Less Than
  3. Greater Than
  4. Range 

6. UPC/EAN 

Filter by standardized product identifiers.

The Product List page is your go-to workspace for multichannel product management. Whether you’re syncing items from Amazon, adding new products to TikTok Shop, or ensuring consistency across platforms, everything you need is right here.

How to Add a Product 

Adding products to UniCon is a streamlined process that helps you create platform-ready listings tailored to TikTok Shop and other channels. Whether you’re starting fresh or expanding your existing catalog, this step-by-step flow ensures your products are organized, optimized, and ready to go live.

Step 1: Open the Add Products Window 

  1. From the Product List page, click on Add Products.  

  1. A window will open, prompting you to choose a product Classification. 

  1. Select an Existing Classification – Use one of your previously created classifications.
  2. Create a New Classification – If needed, add a new one to match your product’s category. 

Step 2: Add a New Classification (If Required) 

To add a new classification:
  1. Give it a unique, easy-to-understand name that helps you identify the category later.
  2. Click Add. 

  1. Once added, you'll be prompted to enter all necessary product details under this classification. 

Step 3: Fill in Product Information 

  1. Basic Information
    1. Product Title – The main name of your product.
    2. Product Description – Key details that explain your product and its use. 

  1. Media: Upload up to 9 high-quality images that best represent your product. 

You can also upload images by uploading a file URL.
  1. Pricing Details: Enter detailed pricing info to calculate profitability:
    1. Price – Selling price of the product.
    2. Price with Tax – Final price inclusive of applicable taxes.
    3. Cost per Item – Your cost to produce or acquire the product.
    4. Profit – Net profit per unit.
    5. Margin%  – Profit margin percentage based on cost and price. 
  1. Shipping Information: Enter the Weight of the product and select the appropriate unit (e.g., grams, kilograms, pounds). 

  1. Product Identifiers: For accurate tracking and cross-platform syncing, add: 
    1. SKU (Stock Keeping Unit)
    2. UPC/EAN
    3. Manufacturer Part Number
    4. Global Trade Item Number (GTIN)

  1. Product/Variation Attributes: Define product-specific attributes (like color, material, and size) to help customers understand the product better and ensure platform compatibility. 

  1. Warehouse: Manage stock levels across all connected warehouses. You’ll see: 
    1. Warehouse Name
    2. Unavailable – Items not available for sale
    3. Committed – Items reserved for orders
    4. Available – Items ready for sale
    5. On Hand – Total stock in the warehouse 

  1. Bullet Points: Add concise bullet points to highlight your product’s key features. These improve visibility and SEO on marketplaces like TikTok Shop. 

  1. Additional Attributes: Provide more information to help customers easily identify and understand your product, including brand and other classification details. 

  1. Custom Tags: Assign tags to help you search, sort, or categorize products within UniCon. 

  1. Product Status: Set your listing as either:
    1. Active – Ready to go live
    2. Draft – Still in progress 

  1. Channel Accounts: Choose the platforms where you want to list this product, such as TikTok Shop or Amazon. You can assign listings to one or multiple connected accounts. 

Step 4: Click Save 

Once all the information is added, click Save to create the product listing under the selected classification.
This structured product setup ensures each item is fully prepared for seamless listing, visibility, and selling across multiple channels.
