Managing Orders from the Aliexpress Connector 

The Order section in the PrestaShop AliExpress Connector gives you complete control over AliExpress orders without logging into the Seller Center. It ensures smooth synchronization and centralized order management.

1. Updated Order Synchronization Process

  • Automatic Sync:

    • When a customer places an order on AliExpress, it is automatically fetched into the connector.

    • The order is created in your PrestaShop store within ~5 minutes.

  • Manual Sync (Order Import):

    • Use the Order Import section to manually fetch the last 30 days of orders by selecting a date range.



  • Click Sync Orders to pull orders into the connector.

đź’ˇ Use manual sync when you suspect an order hasn’t been fetched automatically. Check the Activity Section for progress. 

2. Updated Order Status Overview (Top Counters)

The new UI displays status counters at the top, helping you track orders at a glance:

Status

Description

Total Orders

Total orders synced into the connector.

Awaiting Shipment

Orders pending shipment creation.

Partial Shipped Orders

Orders where only some items are shipped.

Shipped

Orders fully shipped with tracking.

Completed Orders

Orders successfully delivered and completed.

Errored Orders

Orders that encountered sync or status update errors.

Cancelled Orders

Orders cancelled by buyer or seller.


3. Order Listing Grid – Updated Columns

The Order List grid provides detailed order visibility:

Column

What It Shows

Marketplace Order ID

Unique AliExpress order ID.

PS Order ID

Corresponding PrestaShop order ID.

Customer Name

Name of the customer who placed the order.

Created At AliExpress

Timestamp of order creation on AliExpress.

Order Status

Current order status (e.g., Awaiting Shipment, Error).

Price

Total amount paid by the customer.

Quantity

The combined quantity of all products in the order.

View Button

Opens order details for this order.


4. Search & Filter Options

  • Search Orders by:

    • AliExpress Order ID

    • PrestaShop Order ID

    • Customer Name

  • Filter by:

    • Order Status

These filters allow quick navigation even with large order volumes.

5. Viewing Order Details (Order Details Page)

Click the View button in the Order List grid to open the Order Details Page.
Here, you can view:

  • Payment details

  • Shipping and billing information

  • Line item details: Product title, SKU, quantity ordered, price breakdown, and tax details

With this updated UI, the Order Section is your one-stop hub for order monitoring, syncing, and troubleshooting—directly inside your PrestaShop store.
