Overview

Overview

The TikTok Products section displays all products prepared for your TikTok Shop listings. This page helps you manage product validation, upload status, pricing, inventory, and sync operations directly from your integration panel.

Account View

At the top of the page, choose the TikTok Shop account you want to manage using the Account View dropdown. All product data and sync operations displayed here belong to the selected account.

Bulk Product Sync

The Bulk Product Sync button allows you to sync all eligible products (price, inventory, metadata) from your store to TikTok Shop in one action.
Use this when:
  1. You have completed attribute mapping
  2. You added new products
  3. You updated the store data in bulk
This ensures TikTok always receives the latest product information.

Product Grid

Each row represents one product synced (or ready to sync) with TikTok. Below is what each column means:
  1. Product ID: Your internal product ID from your store.
  2. Thumbnail: A preview image of your product.
  3. Name: The product name. Clicking it typically opens the product in your store admin.
  4. SKU: The unique product identifier used to match the item between your store and TikTok.
  5. Type: Shows whether the product is Simple, Configurable, etc.
  6. Price: Your store price (before marketplace rules or overrides).
  7. Visibility: Indicates whether the product is visible in catalog/search or only individually.
  8. Quantity: Your store's stock quantity.
  9. Product Status: Whether the product is Enabled or Disabled in your store.
  10. Listing Template: Displays the listing template assigned to this product. TikTok uses templates to understand the required category and attribute data.
  11. Marketplace Price: Shows the price currently transmitted or stored on TikTok Shop.
  12. Marketplace Quantity: Shows the stock quantity currently reflected on TikTok Shop.
  13. Marketplace Item ID: TikTok’s unique ID for your product after a successful upload.
  14. Marketplace Status: Indicates whether the product has been successfully uploaded to TikTok.
    1. NOT UPLOADED: The product has not been uploaded to TikTok yet. You must run Validate and then Upload.
    2. UPLOADED: Product has successfully been created/updated on TikTok Shop.
    3. FAILED: TikTok rejected the upload—usually due to missing attributes or invalid values.
  15. Validation Status: Shows whether the product is ready for upload.
    1. VALIDATING: Validation in progress or required.
    2. VALID: All required data is correct, and the product can be uploaded.
    3. INVALID: The product has missing/incorrect attributes and cannot be uploaded.
  16. Warning Status: Shows data quality or non-blocking issues.
    1. NO WARNING: The product is clean and ready.
    2. WARNING: Product has non-critical issues (e.g., recommended fields missing).
    3. ERROR: Blocking issues—fix before upload.

Bulk Actions

The Actions dropdown allows you to take bulk actions on one or multiple selected products.

1. Validate

Runs TikTok’s validation checks to identify missing or incorrect product data. Use when:
  1. You updated product data
  2. You want to check the readiness before uploading

2. Upload

Uploads the selected product(s) to TikTok Shop. Use when:
  1. Product has passed validation
  2. Marketplace Status shows “NOT UPLOADED”

3. Change Status → Active / Inactive

Changes the listing status of the product on TikTok.
  1. Active: Makes the product live on TikTok Shop.
  2. Inactive: Pauses or hides the product from TikTok Shop.
This does not change the product’s status in your store—only on TikTok.

4. Inventory Price Sync

Pushes the latest price and inventory from your store to TikTok Shop without updating other product data.
Use this when:
  1. You updated prices
  2. You restocked products
  3. You want faster synchronization without running a full product upload

5. Product Status Sync

Syncs only the enabled/disabled product status from your store to TikTok Shop. Use this when:
  1. You hide or publish products in your store
  2. You want TikTok to mirror your store's visibility

Best Practices for Smooth TikTok Listings

  1. Always Validate before Uploading.
  2. Fix all INVALID products—the upload will fail otherwise.
  3. Use Inventory Price Sync for fast stock/price updates.
  4. Assign the correct Listing Template before uploading products.
  5. Check Warning Status regularly to maintain listing quality.
  6. Keep an eye on Marketplace Status to ensure uploads succeed.
