On the page, you will find three sub-sections,
- All Orders
- Open
- Completed
The grid of each of these sub-sections includes the following:

- Purchase Order ID: This field displays the unique identifier assigned to the purchase order by Walmart. It is a reference for tracking and managing the orders in Walmart’s system.
- Shopify Order Name: The Shopify Order Name represents the identifier automatically generated by your Shopify store for the order. This helps you easily match Walmart orders with their corresponding Shopify orders.
- Shopify Order ID: The Shopify Order ID is the internal identifier for the order in Shopify. Unlike the Order Name, this ID is unique and numeric, allowing the app to facilitate seamless synchronization between Walmart and Shopify.
- Created At: This field shows the exact date and time the order was created in Walmart’s system.
- Estimated Ship Date: The Estimated Ship Date is the deadline provided by Walmart to ensure the timely fulfillment of the order. Staying on top of this date helps maintain compliance with Walmart's shipping standards and keeps your account in good standing.
- Status: The current status of the order on Walmart
- Ordered SKUs: This section lists the specific SKUs included in the order
- Action: You can access and perform the following actions from the dropdown menu:
