Why are my shipments not getting synced on Amazon

Possible Reasons for Shipment Sync Failure: 

Shipment synchronization may fail due to several reasons, including but not limited to the following:

  1. Shipment Sync Disabled in the App

    The shipment sync feature might be turned off from within the application settings. Ensure that synchronization is enabled for the process to function correctly.




  2. Invalid VTR (Valid Tracking Rate)

    The tracking information provided may not meet Amazon’s Valid Tracking Rate (VTR) requirements. Double-check that valid and verifiable tracking details have been entered.


  1. SKU Not Found 

    The SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) associated with the shipment could not be located. This might occur if the SKU has been modified, deleted, or disabled either in the app or on Amazon.
