The AliExpress Account section displays all the necessary details associated with your AliExpress accounts that are connected/configured in the module.
Add a New Account
Edit an Existing Account (includes Re-authorization / Disconnection)
Fetch Onboarding Data
Step 1:
Open the Manage Account grid by navigating through the menu
This will open a grid showing all AliExpress accounts already connected in the module.
Step 2:
Click on the Add Account button.
This will open a new form where you need to enter details such as Account Title, Region, and Store View.
Step 3:
Fill in all required details and click on the Save button.
This action will create a new account in the module and initiate the Authorization process with AliExpress.
Step 1:
Select the AliExpress account you want to edit. Under the Action column in the Select dropdown, choose the Edit option:
AliExpress Account → Action → Select → Edit
Step 2:
Update the values in the following fields as needed:
Synchronization Policy – Choose the default synchronization policy or assign a new one.
Order Policy – Choose the default order policy or assign a new one.
Step 3:
Click on the Save button to apply the changes.
Re-authorization or Disconnection:
From the same Edit option, you can:
Re-authorize an already linked AliExpress account if the connection token has expired or needs renewal.
Disconnect an existing AliExpress account from Magento if you no longer wish to use it.
Step 1:
Under the Action column in the Select dropdown, choose the Fetch Onboarding Data option:
AliExpress Account → Action → Select → Fetch Onboarding Data
Step 2:
This will import the latest onboarding data from your AliExpress account, including:
AliExpress Categories
Carriers
Order Status
Warehouse
The Refresh Token button, located at the top right of the AliExpress Accounts page, allows you to renew the authentication token for your connected AliExpress account.
Tokens are time-bound and may expire after a set duration.
Clicking Refresh Token will re-establish the connection without requiring you to re-add the account.
Use this option if you face authorization errors or if your account status changes to Expired/Invalid.
